I have had a long and ongoing ticket between steam, BattlEye, and ark survival evolved and it is not getting fixed only because one of those communication links is broken. I need some help with this problem. Do you think you can help accelerate this a bit?

This isn't really Ark's problem, but someone that they do business with and refer us has deeply offended me.
