where is my character? lost in transfer. is it lost forever? should i start leveling another? or will after over a week of asking, someone from ARK answer me and help with this problem. btw if its unfixable you should remove server travelling as its gonna raptor with more and more people who will lose everything like me.

can you please answer on why my character disappeared on server transfer? i've not been able to play for 5 days now and i want to know if i need to create a new and level up again or if it's possible to get the character back? really is annoying waiting this long for a response. ticket was posted literally the second it happened. please let me know asap what to do

@Maleok LOL trust me it's a pain in the ass having it happen but even more annoying that the ignorant devs don't even speak on it. i've been waiting nearly a week for a reply on my support ticket. really disappointing that this is happening on a nearly fully released game

@Jat Character has been lost for nearly 4 days. Posted a ticket days ago and havent had a reply as of yet. I understand you have hundreds if not thousands of tickets to go through but this bug straight up stops people from being able to play... And from the posts on here i don't see anyone else getting a response on this or getting their char back? Please give us an answer on how to (if possible) fix this.
