  1. I’m voting for this also Dino spawns need to have a bit of rework. And agro distance should be as follows your bleeding in water they find you your not bleeding they have to be super close to find you. Stuff like that.
  2. I agree needs a little bit more darkness factor from what I can see in the pictures still waiting for Xbox to actually test it out.

To prevent large land grabs from mega tribes early on having a system that keeps players from stealing the whole map would be nice. maybe some sort of beacon land claiming item place it down and you can claim plots around it 8x8 foundations wide and 8 walls high as you progress in levels you gain more plots to claim land with. Eventually earning additional beacons and the ability to claim large sections of land. beacon will claim the first 8x8x8 section of land then the player can connect additional plots on it extending it out in any direction they would like. Up to however many plots they have available. building outside of beacons will stay for up to 7 days but at any given time players can demolish unprotected builds. beacons give a natural buffer zone around the claimed land (distance to be determined) players will not be able to build in that zone next to you. However if you want to disable the buffer zone there will be an option in your beacon menu. Just click and move slider to reduce buffer zone or disable it all together players choice. What about the traveling survivor how to protect yourself. Place a campfire down to claim an 8x8x8 area of land big enough to build a small shelter and it will stay for up to however long it burns for. items list: land claiming stick: allows adding and removing plots from your beaconed area Campfire 🔥: claims 8x8x8 section of land and as long as it is lit you will have land protection in that area. Stays lit for 24 hours on full fuel players can only have three active campfire claims at a time. beacons: claim 8x8x8 section of land and player can add more land plots to it expanding there build zone area. Beacons have functional ui that give player’s options example: 1. Slider to reduce no build zone around claimed land 2. options to remove machine noises in build. 3. Toggle to allow pvp in build zone 4. Whitelist (player name) give perms to player for 1.machine use 2. Open chests 3. Build in claimed area 4. Harvest crops in claimed Zone 5. And more each option will have individual toggles on/off/everybody 5. Toggle claim map see your claimed plots. Also works while holding claiming stick. 6. change owner players will be able to give there whole beacon to anyone else will be 10 character password protected How to get more plots: player will start off with some plots already and will earn additional plots each time they level. When player reaches max level they will still be able to do + levels for additional plots. Basically like hitting lv 105 over and over again. Or if that’s to grindy then maybe like live 50 over and over again as to. Not make plots to hard to get. Idk 🤷‍♂️ just a thought something to keep people from scooping up the whole map.

  5. Yes please and while they are at it maybe just find a way for the Ark builders to clip through all these obstructions.

  8. Progress is everything and it takes time to make things stable. I’m excited for the Xbox launch 🚀 keep up the good work. Also please add shop stands and request baskets to the game thank you for all you do to bring excitement and joy to the ark community.
  9. In my opinion one of the biggest flaws wild card could make is limit creativity on an open world map. If I want pirates riding a triceratops then I dnt see the problem with that. Would love a more pirate themed ark experience.
  10. Character customization has a chance of really looking good on asa hopefully they can add lots more options like vampire teeth or a skeleton leg tek arm stuff like that .
  11. Be able to make in game shops. Request basket: to buy items/ tames from other players who visit your shop Shop stands to sell stuff/ tames. in-game currency used to make transactions. Mail-box to leave messages for shop owner. Shelves to store items for others to see More decor items put in game Better tool, armor, and saddle crafting with more options and the ability to install buffs on them with a bit of RNG thrown in or use of hard to get items for balance and better economy. more sign choices glass, neon, bones 🦴 concept is players will gain coins 🪙 from defeating hostile creatures, doing missions, gaining levels, completing tasks(tame a rex gain 50 coins, plant 🌱 15 Gardens get 20 coins, kill 50 raptors get 100 coins, ect..) <—- just examples. players can set up shop stands each stand will have an inventory to place item for sale in. The items for sale will display above the shop stand if different items are in the stand it will cycle the picture. like items can be grouped into single shop stand. (Meat, spoiled meat, cooked meat ect.) Click on stand it will allow player to set prices for each item. Visitors will be able to click on shop stand look at items and be able to purchase with their coins 🪙 what they want from it without having the shop owner be online. Tames can be set out and a for sale tag 🏷️ placed on them. The tags will be linked to a shop stall where the player clicks on to purchase tame from. After purchasing the tame will appear in inventory inside a 1 time use cryo pod to prevent any theft issues upon purchase. The stall will display the exact tame you are purchasing to prevent fraud. sell baskets will work the same way place item you want to buy more of inside the request basket it will make a holo gram picture of the item above for players to see. Set price you are willing to pay 💰 and players can click to sell item to basket and the transaction will automatically take place. to prevent any 1 player from setting up shops everywhere some sort of limiter would have to be set in place. After all we dnt need bob selling meat on every corner of the map. So I suggest we use some sort of signal fire beacon, the player only gets 1 and they will set it next to their build that the shop is located in. Everything within that build will be connected to the shop. Things outside the radius will not work. currently this game is kind of like Pokémon And that’s pretty much it would love for more of an economy based expansion to become part of the game to see all the houses and shops players come up with being able to explore to find that one place selling a rare color whatever or just need some shotgun ammo for this boss fight.
  12. Need servers with a minimum decay limit set to 14 days for everything. Including tames. For the players who still want to play official but can’t be online all the time.
  13. Be able to pipe oil or gas to lantern’s for longer lasting standing torches and wall torches

Farming is to easy make it so tames can break the trees into pieces and rocks into smaller rocks but then the player has to pick them up or the tames with hands can pick them up. could make new items like a sled to pull materials or a wagon when the sled isn’t enough. then for balance purposes change the amount of resources needed for each item.
  15. It’s not a bad idea lots of players have goals they r trying to achieve before it all shuts down.
  16. Boss arenas / areas reachable from main map. Not locked behind the beacons or mission terminals. have bosses spawn in main world. Played many games where this creates a more enjoyable experience. it gives the community an opportunity to pull together to take down the bosses that spawn without having to collect items to spawn them or for one person to have to create a crap ton of tames to bring them down. now I get we all like to ark stuff up so some things will have to be implemented for balance few examples. 1. some bosses would have to spawn in no build zones 2. Some tames would have to be useless against bosses we can probably all get gigas but doubt wildcard would approve. 3. traps would be okay but they would have to break at a much faster rate so if someone wants to keep building up the trap as the boss breaks them down that sounds reasonable. (Team work. Community coming together making it happen is the goal. ) 4. How to stop from destroying everyone’s builds. If you engage in combat the boss can wreck your stuff until you leave agro range or it dies if you don’t assist then no harm will come to you or your things even if it’s directly on-top of you. 5. turrets / tames can be set to no boss agro. The idea is to be able to do a community shout out saying; (xxxxx) spawned in or (xxxxx) was spotted flying over so and so’s base come join the fight and let’s take them down or knock them out of the sky. Example of main world boss. Rockwell spawns in no build zone/ limited build zone instead of running around In Circles to fight him his tentacles would cover the land the air in the area would turn poisonous the elements would be raining 🌧️ down acid rain reapers would be crawling out of the ground. The whole atmosphere would spell doom in a much larger area. Giving more of an immersive environment. players can choose to fly over head or run on by and not engage in battle. Or call to arms solo or shout out to the community to take up arms against the boss. After the boss is defeated the land would turn calm again and all would be back to normal.
  17. Better crafting forging smelting. Taking raw materials making casts, melting ore down and pouring it into the casts. To make weapons and armor creating a proper skill tree to craft better class gear. It would also be cool to see my character actually open the valve or door or tip a molten bucket out and pour the molten material into the casts. Then have them put it on an anvil and beat it into perfection or drive a nail through the top of an axe head to hold it all together stuff like that. Would create a whole lot more immersion. Cast the shells of bullets and watch your character pour the gun powder into them. Would create a whole game changer worth of trades.
  18. Ghostly aspirations. Ride a canoe down a certain river at night and get transported to a dark realm where ghosts/ spirits and other tames thrive together. you will need a large glass jar and an alter with the right items of offerings to lure specific ghost / spirits into the area where if they accept and start to take the offerings they will start to get sucked into the jar. When they are fully in the jar you get a brief period of time to put a lid on it. so now you can place this jar in an electric ⚡️ current to weaken the ghostly/ spirits trapped in it causing them not to flee when you open it. Giving your character a chance to drink the ghostly/ spirits down. depending on what form the ghostly spirits was determines what abilities your character receives. wolf: your character grows wolf like fur and a tail walks like a man runs on all four with increased speed and has sharp claws to attack with. Angler fish: your person grows gills and a lighted lure on there head with razor sharp teeth and armored skin with fins on the arms and back allowing water breathing faster swim speeds and some moderate defense against low level creatures. Rex: your character takes on miniature qualities of a rex with the looks and strength being a much smaller modified version of the real thing. bat: grow wings to glide through the air be able to fly up a short distance before Stamina runs out and you will either fall or glide down. Have a bath like appearance with the ability to drink blood from living creatures in order to regain health and be granted a moderate boost to stamina. Not to mention receive an eco location ability. and the list just goes on and on so you get the idea. there would be a health timer after drinking them down if you don’t separate before it reaches zero the ghostly/ spirits will die but also you will have a slight chance at permanently keeping the abilities given to you which could be really bad if your a fish out of water. Drinking a modified version of the antidote would return you back to normal. Stepping next to the alter with an empty glass bottle placed on the ground would cause the ghostly/ spirits to want to flee your body and back into the bottle. The bottles would be displayable being able to see the aspiration moving around inside. while chilling in a jar on a shelf or in a storage container.

  21. Well it’s better than saying it’s not ready yet. Lol but on a serious note the rock drake nests on crystal isles is one of the most stunning looking areas please wild card reconsider leaving them in the map. Abb already has reapers. rock drakes do not have to be exclusive to only that map.
  22. Anybody else having high ping Xbox official in arctic I seem to be crashing every 30 min around the frozen lake.
  23. i don’t know why we cant transfer from legacy to official most things on official are so mutated and x amount of generations of tames have emerged things have become rather easy. So what does legacy have that we don’t have now.
  24. Yes please let’s get separate pvp/ pve changes going into the new year. Also I’m on the fence with the flyer nerf I agree we shouldn’t be able to point into speed but we should be able to train our flyers to fly faster in someway so we all dnt have to have a wyvern because we are traveling large distances. Would love for someway to increase my flyers speed that will make it more valuable either roll of the dice through imprinting or genetic mutations.
  25. I’m looking forward to getting some armor stands and weapon racks for my house let’s make that happen.
