Try running this powershell script, which installs the needed certificates (to the proper places) and should fix both problems with mod downloads and server being shown ingame: https://github.com/Ch4r0ne/UnrealEngine_Dedicated_Server_Install_CA/tree/main You have to have admin rights tho

Does the Ark Ascended server have a memory leak?

Yes, we got ~50-60 players peak per day and after 24h the server's memory consumption went to 120 Gig -
Since the winter update 253.0 there is a bug located at 46.5 x 62.7 An invisible huge mountain was added to top of the ruins. You see the shadow of it on my pictures.
