    If you filled out the form and it's still down today then I would put in a support ticket about your lost character. Keep in mind that it took them approximately 2 hours to answer due to high demand. And after that you'll have to schedule an appointment with a GM.

Time had continue on the server as if it was never been down though.

    I'm having the same issue but with NA-PVP-XboxOfficial-LostIslan1762. By the way, your server is not showing up for me either.
