The top hat is nearly impossible to get on xbox, fishing needs to get fixed, waited 30 minutes plus by a 3.0 salmon with leech blood and it never took a bite, recasked a bunch of times after and still nothing.

Even though it says stags drop the costume, which I believe is a male term, female megaloceros do indeed drop the reindeer skin. I almost didn't kill one thinking only the males dropped them, thank goodness I checked.
