Does anyone from this company ever reply to anyone?   I hate to see the reviews of this game now.....We paid for a game - actually an early access game - actually we paid to beta test....we report a problem and it's supposed to be addressed.  Servers are DOWN - lots of players will be losing their items/dino's/buildings that they have spent a lot of time acquiring  - yet, no response....

First off, we agreed to the terms. It's a game that is still in development and may have problems fixed or not. And even finished games have their bugs. Games with physics engines tend to show more bugs than most because it is difficult to predict what will happen. They will fix it when they can. But, as you probably saw in the last update list, there is a HUGE list of bugs that are being worked on. You will be heard, but programming is not as simple as flicking a switch and the server comes on. Just be patient.
