    I don't have access to those files with Nitrado ASA service. I know I did with arkservers.io, but the entire Nitrado interface looks primitive compared to who I used for ASE.

    I have a player I need to ban for harassment. The user is not online on the server. I have a userid from the Nitrado logs but the banplayer command is erroring because that ID contains letters. Is there another way to ban players using that ID? I've also tried using the manual ban with showmyadminmanager, but it has the same problem.
