It had to be presented in a structured way, and not just a rant that I've been seeing, and completely understand.

I played on an Official for 6 months solo, and was left alone, mostly because I was there helping Level 1's entering the server. I even had a large Guest House, with storage containers PIN coded to their request.

It made the first 6 hours, a little more endurable, not having to rush to making a bed, or storage. It provided safe haven and a ready built "guest house".

I even helped a 6 man tribe get started, and flew the leader around the map for him to decide where they wanted to setup a base.

I inherited a few bases of tribes that left. One in particular (was French) and said they wanted to play only with persons, that spoke French. The base and dino's donated took me ( a solo player ) 4 hours !!!! to just feed !!!
They moved to a server that only allowed players from France
(screened manually individually by admin - no thanks, not for me).

The issue I raised is not a racial concern, but a language barrier, preventing conflict where there is no need.
I helped a players from a few languages (difficult but had to stop ALT-TAB use google translate - high risk move !!) and when I knew their native language, had them contact a tribe I knew on the server that spoke their language, eg. Spanish, and Portuguese. 

It's just so much easier to work, fight, or resolve with same language players.

Aye. The problem is the predominant group doing this actively hides behind the language barrier. Plus the reports that it's streamers using their followers to kill servers for and giggles and view counts is really disturbing. The Chinese may be the largest and most visible symptom, but you're right, a lot of other factions need their own shards so they can play with eachother and leave us in peace.
