So ark is going pay to win. I hope this concept they have stays on mobile and doesn't start to leak into console and pc. I would be mad mad if I just grinded out for two days and some one pays $100 gets everything and wipes my base. That's why I can't play the mobile version. I just hope that they use money from this cash cow they are making to help develop the core game on PC and console. Don't turn this game into Mobile Strike.

Hopefully as your turrets or plants are destroyed or run out of ammo they deactivate and others are allowed to activate. That would allow at least a longer chance to defend before just going through 100 turrets.

With all this tech gear we'll be playing Star Trek survival soon. Once you go tech you don't even need dino's, All low level weapons are useless. I remember 2 years ago having spear fights on the beach and loving it. Now were flying through the air without dinos and a spear cant even hurt you. What's next Tech Buggies and Tech Tanks. We can already fly so we don't need Tech Jets, but that may come next anyway. All the basics like wood and thatch are useless so why even have them. I think tech was a step too far and they should have used their time to better develop the usefulness of their basic items. The survival game I fell in love with 2 yrs ago is now lost to a game about just leveling up till its time to build something worth building and passing up on thatch and wood even stone. I prefer primitive +.

Love the event. Would like to see something similar for lets say Mothers Day or Fathers Day. And don't let the complainers worry you. They would find a way to complain about a free dino. Hey Y'all if we didn't have an event you wouldn't get any bonuses think about that when you complain that you don't get enough for an optional event.

I feel the same way as you bro. I can understand that the people who enter the contest may want to see their screen shots they should be able to, but come on lets have some news about the game. Progress, issues, or maybe even ideas about how to deal with some of the glitches temporarily. I enjoy the game but have become increasingly frustrated with these forums because of lack of information. I did not see any form of disrespect to anybody from his post. He stated his opinion, didn't call anyone out, and told you what he expects from the forum. There is nothing wrong with that. I'm sure if we took a real vote on how many people would prefer actual game content information over the numerous screen shots I think we would have a better understanding of what people really want. We most definitely need things like the contest to keep interest and pull more people in, but many people are becoming more and more frustrated with the lack of content provided in the weekly content update. Opinion stated no disrespect intended.

I like the 2x and the 3x. My only concern is after everyone gets use to the new settings if they will start to complain because it takes to long for stuff again. I feel like the same people that were crying about the difficulty to gather and tame will still complain once they get use to it and forget how it once was. Complainers are always complainers and usually never find happiness. I hope this makes them happy and they learn how to play and grind because even with the new settings grinding will still be needed. But overall I like the move I think it will encourage more pvp on pvp servers. I won't feel as bad when my rex dies because I didn't spend 10 hrs taming. More likely to attack with it because I can replace a little easier.
