They recently discovered called Gaiasia Jennyae, making it 3/4 times larger, type with regeneration, production of a mucus that can be refined into very powerful medicines or narcotics better than those already present, or simply poisonous bullets, I wanted to propose a new amphibian because we have a lot of reptiles, insects, arachnids and mammals, but only 3 amphibians, even if frogs are less aquatic than salamanders.
In addition to this it will have a super regeneration, healing 40 life per second while it is wet, which can only be blocked by dehydrating it, it will have a water bar which once finished takes this away from it and the protective mucus which slows down and poisons attackers, reducing it by 50 % damage, causing him to quickly lose stamina and life, he will also be immune to almost all negative effects, fire reduces hydration very quickly, in addition to this he will have a normal saddle and a mini-submarine with chemical bench and torpedo launcher, which produces oxygen, for three people, both have a built-in chemical bench, the salamander in water produces various chemicals, such as sulfur salts, silicates, normal salt, nitrates and limestone, which can be used to make cemented pulp, nitrates can be used to make of leftover fertilizers in a chemical bench together with TNT missiles, in the end black pearls very rarely, what is filtered is random, but the filtration speed of each substance can be increased.
It should be able to suck up small animals and grab them, as well as being able to bury itself underground becoming invisible, it will be extremely poisonous, one bite knocks out a triceratops and lasts 30 seconds.
It should have 90% esplosive resistance and bullet resistance when coated in mucus.
It should have and overheated debuff when temperature are more than 30 degrees Celsius, in wich it's normal water consumption of 1 for sec increase to 5 for sec.
It should have 450 water default increasing with each level so higher level can go on land for longer period of times.
The increase should be of 5% for each level.
Wild gaiasia will burrow if further than 50 meters from any reachable water source and have a hydration level lower than 30%.
When killed it gives mucus, meat, some refined toxin, hide and it's often it's blood, this is the only way to extract it.
When refined the blood gives a unique immunity effect and faster life and stamina regeneration that lasts for one hour only to human and dodos🙂.
The medicine obtained from the mucus has gives 50 of health for each use on people and creatures, no other buffa.
I proposed this creature for an oceanic dlc map you can look for, but it could be for valguero caves.
It should be able to stick to walls for a better transportation like megalania but better.
THANKS FOR READING AND TAKE A LOOK TO THE OTHER POST ABOUT THE OCEANIC MAP.
IF YOU LIKE THE CREATURE VOTE AND GIVE SHARE YOUR IDEAS.
I intended it as a farming creature at first, but oasisaur does it better.
  2. ancientbiologyexpert's post in NEW DLC MAPS IDEAS (2025-2026 probably) was marked as the answer
My idea for a new map is an oceanic map, where there are small icebergs at the north pole and a glacial island with some animals, excluding large carnivores such as the yutiranno, so as to give space to a new land creature, the cryolophosaurus .
Around the center of the ocean there will be floating islands and a giant floating island with an obelisk on it, the floating islands are tropical islands with small land predators, the largest is the carnotaur, on the contrary the ocean should have a new animal , the steller retina, extinct due to hunting in the 18th century.
It behaves like manatees ( it would be the most docile and cuddly creature in the world), but with some extra abilities (for example pack boost and releases a smelly liquid that protects you from the smallest predators in the ocean, the megalodon is relatively small), a high transportable weight and a lot of meat, even prime meat, together with manatee fat, an excellent fuel.
Plesiosaurs can be found on the surface on these islands, along with sarcosuchus and megalodons.
Before talking about the terrifying depths of this map, another island would be composed of giant eucalyptus-type trees and swampy land located in an area to the south of the map with a large atoll and surrounded by an archipelago of small islands, the average depth in this the area is low, in the atoll there are only turtles including the archelone and ichthyosaurs, obviously also fish.
The archelone would be the opposite of the Carbonemys, moderately aggressive with the ability to retreat into its shell, very fast in the water, hates rafts and boats, loves jellyfish and its bite breaks bones.
In the jungle you can find the spinosaurus, bloodstalkers and also rarely beavers can be found.
The Spinosaurus will be the largest land carnivore on this map.
Trees yield sap and roots yield fungi, sulfates (convertible to sulfur in a chemical bank) and rare flowers.
In the archipelago you can find siliceous pearls, sharks, kelp forests, an edible and healing algae that can be harvested by hand, corals in the atoll and sporadically outside and sarcosuchus.
You have to be careful of the archelone wandering around the biome.
On the map there will also be the rarer red algae, which are toxic and cause a lot of numbness, finally there are highly nutritious brown algae.
It would make sense to be able to grow them in normal plots or a new type to be placed in water submerged for a couple of meters.
To the south there is another island surrounded by a constant fog and with a fallen obelisk above, the island is an inactive volcanic mountain, with various skeletons of creatures and ruins, it is the home of the hydras, snake-like creatures with three heads, with very potent venom, large, slow and spit acid, can also take smaller creatures as long as at least one head is free.
They have extremely rapid cell regeneration, but it begins after some time, despite this they do not bleed, the allosaurs, another inhabitant of the island, attack her but without success, since she does not bleed.
The hydra generally camouflages itself by ducking and digging a pit beneath itself that leaves only its eyes exposed.
It is a terrible swimmer, but can crawl along the bottom.
Hydras nest in the hot springs beneath the island.
There are various caves on the island.
They are shot down using catapult cannons or rocket launchers.
They are vulnerable to sunlight so if they are not in a cave or leave the island during the day they will be weakened in regenerating life and stamina, the same applies to charge light.
Instead, they are attracted to heat such as fire.
Around the island is infested with leedsichtys and megalodons, there may also be mosasaurs.
Around the island under water there is a lush coral reef at a medium depth.
In the abyss of the seabed at a great depth where there is very little light, there are fumaroles and small areas inhabited by bioluminescent corals, here you can find particular corals that launch sharp thorns that inflict bleeding or that give a strong electric shock that stuns and torpor to nearby creatures by dismounting those who ride them, they can be eliminated and collected to obtain some of their seeds (it will be a mini version of the coral, since it is not a real plant).
Corals have multiple variations, some cause bleeding, others electrify and stun animals and players.
There will be bioluminescent plankton of various colors that will allow you to see in the dark.
The fumaroles can be used to produce power for batteries or underwater bases on the seabed (teak bases or metal bases, the latter type will have a limited and non-modular space, a huge circular platform, which will allow even a small group to create bases on the seabed less advanced level in the game but at a high cost, with a limit of 2/3 in a certain area.
Mosasaurs, dunklelosteus, electrophores and anglerfish are found.
Trilobites and eurypterids populate the seabed.
There may be cave systems with rare resources.
There will be an abyss that has a huge rift in the ocean floor, populated by tusoteuthis and xipactinus, which will grab small creatures in the area, including the player, they are also found on the surface, along with anglerfish and electrophores.
From here you descend in total darkness until you arrive at a huge chamber below with habitable cave systems, which have air and space to build, may also have fumaroles for electricity, bioluminescent algae of various colors and rare resources
The temperature is high compared to the entrance and the sea.
Here there are tusoteuthis but they will be small compared to a gigantic almost blind creature similar to the Greenland shark, it has 4 small eyes, a mouth full of rows of sharp teeth, which it can use to grab prey and a constant echolocation that allows it It shows moving animals and is attracted to light sources.
It will be an aquatic equivalent of the giganotosaurus and the carcharodontosaur.
It can make very quick dashes to grab prey, with a very heavy bleeding effect, so it prefers to avoid them.
Ammonites and xipactinus are also found, together with carcini in the depths.
There will be a smaller, completely dark area populated by very dangerous creatures with a terminal in the area, the boss would be the mythological kraken.
I forgot to mention that there is another obelisk in the northern sea of this map on a big iceberg.

Here I conclude explaining my idea, I hope they take it into consideration for the future, now add yours in this forum, I accept suggestions.
