When throwing a carcharo out of a cryopod all inventory items and engrams become bugged and eventually crash the game. I managed to "fix" the the inventory issues by dying and using a mindwipe tonic (which caused a crash but apparently went through). All my items were lost but I didn't need to create a new character 🤷 this issue happens consistently
