I waited half a day, nothing has changed, now of all the servers where I was, only one is available, there are no others. After all, they were going to close the servers in August, and not now. Where did the servers go, what's going on???! Soon there will be a day, as I can’t log in because the character is on one of the servers that have disappeared. I'm confused

As a result, after I submitted a request to technical support on the advice of one of the players, they helped me. Initially I had at least 2 Tek Stryders with bags and all 4 were with Excavation Rig. They returned random Stryders to me and only one was with Excavation Rig, all without bags, but...RETURNED! And this is the main thing, they did not ignore it, so the mood improved🙂

The gates, yes, were far from the base, but Strider was practically next to the base. And now, when I read the assumptions of other players about what could happen, I begin to understand why one day a part of the base just collapsed, apparently, something also worked incorrectly on the server (then I thought that Giga might have destroyed it and didn’t bother ). And before that, 2 Tek cameras were also destroyed by themselves, but then I didn’t pay attention to it - I thought I made a mistake somewhere when I placed them. And it turns out that if something went wrong here, then you need to carefully monitor what is happening next.

I agree, I didn’t follow the logs much (I went to this server on business and left), until the moment when striders were needed. But now I will follow and also explained to the guys from the tribe.

And now I see your interest in my topic, but I am very annoyed by the situation and I am waiting for more solutions to the problem from the server administrators, because my words are not empty - the problem will not be solved, I will not even look in the direction of the publisher, like friends, who always go along with me to play the same game as me. Sorry for maybe not the answer that was expected, but I'm really nervous, because I spent a lot of real time on this game and a lot of unpleasant moments happened all the time, like here is one of these moments. Let me clarify - today I flew past the striders, they were in place, after a while there are such records as in the screenshot, in the game logs. I almost forgot - at my base, there are even wooden buildings (to understand the time of absence) and that's all whole, and the Striders were destroyed.

I go into the game every day, on a specific server (where it happened) at least once a week, or even more often, and here it is ... Okay, I understand that the gate collapsed - I set a trap and forgot, but how was Strider automatically destroyed ???! What kind of chaos is this?! Yes, and the camera, which is an independent structure and should not be destroyed (it does not collapse on other servers, for understanding). I really want to hear the answer of server administrators or developers. And it turns out not only that they don’t follow the rules on the servers, but also my four striders were simply destroyed, in addition to those lost dinosaurs (throughout the whole game) when the servers fell. Is this some kind of incentive to buy a new version - first closing the servers, and then automatically destroying the property? Well then it was my last purchase from this publisher.

Instead of enjoying the game, I want to delete it, because monotonous searches for half a day a day is exhausting and spoils the mood. That is, we do not play while having fun, but we are constantly looking and looking ... and looking again ...🤕 We have already searched all over the map, in all biomes, and the maximum that we found was ordinary Basilisks. Maybe there is some place where he constantly spawns with a 100% chance? And then instead of going to Rockwell, I want to delete the game without waiting for the servers to close, the searches are already so tired.

So if someone encounters a similar problem - break about two floors (floor / ceiling) around the place where the problems are (around that place, everything needs to be broken), from new floors (floor / ceiling) make a "bridge" to the place where it is necessary to install and attach an overlap to it. In my case, this helped, if it helps in yours (whoever encounters a similar problem), then it’s not in vain that I wrote about the problem on the forum.

In your case, I don’t argue, but in my case there were no destroyed pillars, I initially had all the pillars made of tech (collected at Genesis), so I didn’t destroy them, there was no need, as you understand. He took the height of the floor / ceiling from the foundations, that is, he did not build from the pillars. But the strange thing in this situation is that the axis has shifted not in height(as it happens when building with pillars), but horizontally, as if the floor were moved to the side.

Problem solved. By the way, that part of the stone structures, and part Tek - it did not matter, since the ceiling was completely removed (above that place) and absolutely everything below was made of Tek and there the floors were nominally put up and removed. The problem turned out to be that ... the axis of the walls had surprisingly shifted relative to the floor and ceiling(hello developers), and this led to further inconsistencies in the ceiling. I managed to solve it by destroying the structures around, then lengthening the ceiling to that place and docking the resulting "bridge" with the ceiling in the right place. At the same time, the walls became a little uneven, but the main thing - the walls and ceiling were established, and thanks for that.

Completely agree! I am one of the new players and you can imagine how it was for me when I bought all the add-ons (at the end of March) and found out that the servers were closing ... And I note that I did not buy one, because I play with friends, they too bought all the add-ons and here is such gratitude for the purchase ... I built so much, spent so much REAL time, many maps have not yet been studied, and here - "we are closing our servers, and you buy a new game" ... Yes, I just recently I bought this one, I haven’t had time to play it normally with my friends yet, why do I need another new one??! The offer with servers is simple and ingenious - indeed, in this way it will be possible to avoid negativity among those who play this version of the game and at the same time free up servers for the new version. A very simple solution, but apparently money and the desire to sell a copy of the game (there will be little new there) is more important than the community of players who make the company's income.
