I see that some unofficial servers are listed again and even some by Nitrado but I still can't find ours. So frustrating

Have been playing Ark for years but I am new to having a server and wondering how you can get info when it is down and any updates? We source ours through Nitrado and can even find it today after it forced an update. Sorry for the newbie question
