    today i have an appointment with gsg on the server where i lost my character .they will let me back into my tribu and then into my base they said .but technically what are we going to do? is that fast? because I don't have much time @GP

    hello thanks for replying . I have already opened a ticket 3 days ago but I have not received any response . since my base will be destroyed in 13 days I would be in a slight hurry 😂 do you know how long it usually takes to respond ?

    hi. I lost my character traveling between two pvp servers and so now I can't access my base anymore. I don't have any photos of my system but obviously I remember the tribe name and character name. There is a possibility that groove street will be able to give me back my character?
