    That's the thing, it's singleplayer so I can't just log off. The session needs to be open for it to grow.

    I mainly play ark in singleplayer because I'm very picky with rates and mods. I want to start breeding creatures, what would be the best rates for breeding and imprinting? I don't want it to be so easy it only takes 1 imprint and 5 minutes to raise a creature, but I don't want it taking 3 days either. Anyone have good rates to use?

    OK, will any problems happen from having the steam and the windows version at the same time?

    I don't know, it might be. I thought it was pretty much the xbox version.

    I'm not looking at the Microsoft store version, I'm talking about the gamepass for PC version. I just need to know if there will be any problems from having both versions at once.

    When I first got my PC, I bought ark off of steam. I then learned it isn't cross-platform. I want to get it off the Xbox gamepass for PC so I can play with my friend who's on console. WIll there be any problems between the two versions like crashes, data loss or not being able to play at all?
