  1. First let me apologize for this massive wall of a info dump. You asked a lot of questions that are hard to easily answer. Sadly the loss of pets is almost unavoidable except for single player To start, completing the pursuits will give you some quick levels and good blueprints once you’ve done all of them you are comfortable with you can hunt fish. Fish are easy to kill using almost any weapon and give good experience points. Fish meat also spoils so you can get the spoiled meat for narcotics. To speed up spoiling you can make several storage boxes and divide your meat between them. The animal behavior wandering basically tells your pet to walk around as if it was wild. It is useful for auto gathering creatures you can look at this list https://ark.fandom.com/wiki/Domestication#Special_Abilities_of_Creatures Your PT is probably flying around randomly to get it back minus it’s inventory you can request it I recommend turning it off till you have a walled base For fishing bait you can find more info here https://ark.fandom.com/wiki/Fishing_Rod Last but not least. Welcome to ark
  2. According to Community Crunch 355 We have some important news for Mobile Survivors! At the year's end, we anticipate a relaunch of ARK: Mobile as a completely revamped product. It will be based on a graphically improved version of the Switch codebase due to the increased power generally available with mobile devices and include new Switch features and content and mobile-specific changes. We plan to release all the expansion packs and non-cannon maps over time into this revamped version, and from that point onwards, ARK: Mobile will have its product lifecycle and roadmap.
  3. You can try a hatchery like this, the ac go on the floor to help prevent other survivors from getting in and an outer shell can be made for more protection.
  4. Maybe based on the item used it can also be weaponized or have boosted taming effectiveness
  5. You can reference https://ark.fandom.com/wiki/Triceratops https://ark.fandom.com/wiki/DevKit https://ark.fandom.com/wiki/Taming
  6. I’m more familiar with python but for the calculator you could try something similar to this https://www.w3schools.com/cs/cs_howto_add_two_numbers.php using System; namespace MyApplication { class Program { static void Main(string[] args) { int x = 5; int y = 6; int sum = x + y; Console.WriteLine(sum); // Print the sum of x + y } } }
  7. You will need to make a ticket with your evidence. Reference code of conduct https://support.survivetheark.com/hc/en-us/articles/220278968-Code-of-Conduct
  8. Snail games has revealed some planet generation technologies that could have originated from or been implemented into Ark 2. So the best prediction I have is probably something similar to what we see in this trailer

    Bridging

    You can use Geopolymer Cement Foundation to reach higher. For the space in between you can use rafts or platform saddled tames.
  10. I have only had luck harvesting rich obsidian nodes like the ones found on top of the volcano the other nodes I can only harvest using the ankylosaur
  11. I always try to tame a Doedicurus because they automatically harvest stone nodes when set to wander. They are easy to tame with a rifle but hard with a bow The wolf is always a good starting tame. They are great at farming hide and cave runs, but will need a good helmet to keep them safe which will require a lot of repairs. Wolves will spawn and fall into the valley next to sky cave making them easy to trap and tame with a flyer. A stone raft trap works well also.
  12. You should be able to make a ticket at https://support.survivetheark.com/hc/en-us
  13. I have been working on a workaround and managed to transfer to single player from massive. It has a low success rate 1. Wait for server to kick you off 2. Log back onto the server as soon an you can 3. Prepare the tame to chronicle (if it takes you over 10 seconds skip to step 4 otherwise go to step 5) 4. Log off and on repeatedly till you get the server saving message in chat (restart the process after the server kicks you) 5. Wait for the server to kick you off 6. Log on and chronicle under 1 second 7. Repeatedly log off and on even if the server says saving 8. After a day you can repeat the process for the next tame
  14. I waited some time to try and ensure it was not an April fools joke but as of now it seems to be real. So what do you think the mobile-specific changes are? The first one that comes to mind is the free to play model
  15. Good to see the three survivors tamed it and are now cheering.That or “bob nooooo!!!”
  16. The Cinematic Trailer looks really different with this new information
  17. That could actually compound the problem unfortunately. Don’t miss the forest for the trees.
  18. You can read about it under the auto-decay section here *spoilers* https://ark.fandom.com/wiki/Building . The pillars have sparked many topics trying to fix them around the time of your post this one popped up. many platforms and servers are different in terms of new player treatments. In my first pve server I had to sleep in a bases turret range to not be eaten. In the second a player had a entire base devoted to offering shelter, facility’s, and gear to new players. Sorry to hear your having such a rough time. Ark tends to dish it out. You may try the sea, players may have missed putting pillars there. If you can build at all, the shelves allow bases to poke out from the water and then you can build on from there. You can try finding aid on the Xbox forums.
