Ark is an amazing game that I have over 3k hours in, despite all the bugs. I think the biggest thing to remember is that we are all aware of the fact that this game always has delays and will always have bugs, but even the AAA games that are released have this problem. It's the norm nowadays, so curtail your expectations to that. Don't expect a perfect and fully functional game. If that's what you expect, then I suggest don't buy it. If you can accept that it will be this way, then just buy it when it finally releases, ignore the dates they give and just check it occasionally to see if its ready. The let downs come from too high expectations and demands, to meet the demands they push to release and that means things are rushed. Its a stupid cycle; we demand it be perfect, we demand it be out yesterday and then complain because they released it but it's not perfect. Just be on standby and when it comes out play it for what it is, if you can't accept the risk then just don't buy it. If you've played Ark for any amount of time then you know it will frustrate the crap out of you but also that you love it. It is what it is.
