    Based on the current opinion of 99.999% of the community wildcard basically has two options Back-peddal or getting boycotted Neither of which are good for them or for us back-peddal however is probably the least bad for them

    I personally have never played extinction so take this with a grain of salt but you can start any map as your first one but you don't have too so if you want you can start without telegrams but it would speed up your progress exponentially if you had them as well as some element.
