  1. I'm glad to see you guys got this straightened out. I was respectfully and constructively critical of y'all the other day, for the first time ever. I was truly concerned for the future of WildCard, as that was a pretty bad screw-up; but you guys did the only thing any good company can do when it screws up. You admitted fault, apologized, and are making it right. In today's business world, you can't really do more than that. I thank you and appreciate you guys doing the right thing for us console folks. Please take note of how to handle this for future issues, which will inevitably and occasionally happen. We customers understand that stuff happens. Just be honest with your clients/customers, admit your mistakes, make an offer to do what you can to make it right, and you'd be surprised how far it goes in building an ongoing business relationship. Thanks again.
  2. I'm very disappointed guys. I'm a 40 year old dude and have my own business, so I get that stuff occasionally happens that makes it near impossible to make deadlines. But when it happens on every single release, that's not good. I haven't complained about anything at all, not once, because I get the difficulties you guys are dealing with. In fact, the more I learned about your company and its origins, the more I've cheered you guys. But this continued trend greatly worries me for you all. I purchased ARK in the first week it was released on XBox, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. And still do. But stuff like this (never making a single deadline, dropping parts of promised content, completely excluding a huge market share at the last minute) is going to bite you guys. And it's getting old. Get your stuff straightened out, and you'll destroy the rest of the competition with this novel and groundbreaking game. Keep this up, and you'll be a footnote with an asterisk saying something about minecraft for grown-ups.
