  1. I've imported the save for my PS server into Nitrado. That all seemed fine unti lI started the server. I found I could not load into the character I already had on that server. So, I downloaded a character from single player and used admin cheats to get back into my tribe. While disappointing, I could like with that as at least I;d still have the base a creatures. I then turned off the server overnight. When turning it back on I found I had to create anotehr new character or download one. The download list held the character I had taken to the save. I downloaded the character again to find I am no longer in my tribe and the cheats to get back into the tribe no longer work. I speak with people from that server who have also tried to set up the save on their own Nitrado server and they are having the exact same problems, so this is not an issue unique to me. it appears as if Wildcard have unwittingly given corrupted save files to Nitrado.
  2. A large slow armoured animal covered in sharp spines. Polacanthus move in herds eating all plants in sight, including narcoberries and Stimberries, rare flowers and mushrooms are akin to candy for these beasts. They are not only immune to these berries but have developed a use for the chemicals they contain. Storing the narchotic toxins in glands either side of their head they utilise this as part of their defences, spitting the toxins at predators to disorientate and slow them. The stimulants however can be expelled from the base of its spines to wake nearby creaters that may be sleeping and to boost their run speed for a short time, this includes the Polacanthus itself. While typically ignoring all other creatures around them, they are driven into a rage by the presence of other creatures utilising toxins as part of their arsenal, swinging tails at the larger beats while trampling the smaller. This can make a herd easy to track by simply following trails of crushed Pulmoniscorpius and Dilophosaurs. To befriend a Polacantus one needs to appreach slowly with their favorite foods. Once fed it will enter a playful state, nudging and chasing whoever is carrying the foods. They appear to be entirely unaware of how much harm this can cause, with Ankylosaurs and Doedicuris oddly immune from the spikes. When tamed their rage against toxin weilding creatures is calmed though will surface when anything in the tribe is under threat from such a creature. until such time as threats emerge these beasts are content to haul large loads amonge their spines. Yes its a living tranq gun, but not as effective. Applies less torpor and damage than a crossbow would. through its melee can increase this. Should a tribe member or creature be knocked out it can release the stimulant cloud to wake them in a quarter of the normal time and provide a torpor resistance for a short time. The speed boost from the cloud lasts longer than that of other creatures but does not boost speed as much (50% as strong for twice the time) It also cannot stack with other speed boosts, the faster boost will override the Polacathus boost. It can be used for haulage giving a 50% reduction in the carry weight of basic resources like stone, thatch and wood. Refined resources such as ingots, polymer and gasoline. (But no reduction for metal, crystal or obsidian) And has a 25% reduction in the weight of crafted goods. The taming game for this is to feed it rare flowers or mushrooms then have it chase an anky or Doed. There'll be a window in whcih to give it another bit of food, shown by a green glow around its head. Missing this will have the glow turn red and the Polacanthus becoming hostile for a short time.
  3. PS4 ragnarok 4 has been missing for about 9 days now. With no word from the devs as to why.
  4. I hope that it is only that the server is down. If the problem is the network preventing people getting on, then the server is still running and everything could still decay before they pull their fingers from their backsides and do something. I have played many of the big MMOs as well as online crafty games with small teams such as boundless. WC are the first company behind any of these online games to remain so tight lipped about a problem.
  5. It is now entering the 8th day since I was last able to access PS4 offical Ragnarok 4. If timers are still running the cables, pipes and a handfull of wooden rails will soon vanish, if they have not already and almost 200 dinos will auto decay if they have not already starved. Nobody can access the server, I know of people in UK, Germany, USA, South Africa and Mexico who have tried to get on the server and it is not in the list. Most of us have submitted outage reports, some of us have been on twitter. As yet not a word from the WC team, the member of staff Twitter identifies as the lead server admin would rather post pictures of bottle drinks than make sure the server network is running smoothly. Even the tight lipped MMO devs at blizzard would have responded to tweets and outage reports by now. It doesnt even take 2 minutes to reply to a tweet, forum post or report to say they are working on it. I can only assume that they dont give a damn about the players.
