Do I think that Rag will come out in time? No Do I want extra content for Rag ei: a custom boss, new creature, new locations? Yes Do I know if Wildcard has a massive ace up their sleeves for Rag? No This is what I do know: Rag is getting the gigantoraptor, which is not new content by the time it drops Rag is not part of the tall tales dlc thus no new items of the sort(which were locked behind a cash wall..) Presumably coming in Q4 2024 but with Wc who knows. My og post stated that Rag needed more based on the info that has been given, not less and I pointed out the importance of a new creature to said Ark. People who bought the base game where stuck with a remodeled island for 5 months and many started to drop out, due to lack of content, and, since Rag has no payed expansion then I don’t believe Wc will put much effort to it…and tbh I hope I’m wrong on this last point.

I get what ur saying, but there won’t be anything new to rag other than it looking prettier. Why is this a problem? Since it takes quite a while to revamp maps, were going to get a map that although most people love, there won’t be anything new to it. With no new content players will quickly find themselves bored by the map and will have to await x amount of months till new content releases. Idrc on which ark the Gigantoraptor ends up in as long as rag has new content.

Pls give rag a unique creature and let the gigantoraptor stick to the island🙏🙏

Wildcard: Guys its our 400th community crunch!! What news that we have kept in our a.. I mean back pocket should we release? That one hard worker: How about news on the center, address the problem with windows, and apologize for all the bugs that we are ignoring? Wc: No!! Next? I agree with you, Wc has been working a lot to solve bugs, crashes ectera while being in a tough spot, and the evo events/ dread art can wait. What I wish Wc would do is to tell us when we are going to have a creature vote. Also it would be great if Wc showed an updated roadmap of future dlcs, and although it might feel like a thousand years for these dlc to drop, Wc actually doesn’t have much time to improve said dlcs, at least according to their previous roadmap. Same goes for the new creatures. Wc is supposed to design 6+ creatures in a year, but will only know about one creature per month. Let say that these creatures take a month or three weeks to design. After some simple math we know that Wc might need 6 months (7 if you count the voting process for the first creature) or 18 weeks to design these creatures, while also tackling some bugs, while also redesigning the dlcs. Hopefully now you understand why I was disappointed with this new crunch, not only because we’re not getting to vote for a new creature( which is pretty cool) but, if they keep delaying the votes, it might imply the delay of future dlcs. Unless of course they update the roadmap and openly claim that they need more time. But at the end of the day I understand why they don’t want anymore trouble on their plate, since they are doing their best to optimize the game. Here’s the previously roadmap: December: Scorched Earth Q1: Ragnarok Aberration Other maps are soon to come in Q1,Q2 (Not clear) which is 8+ maps ( the + indicates the announced paid dlc which I do not know enough about) And Ark 2 in 2025 (Doubtful)

Ik! I wish they were more specific when its going to drop and for which map. In the meantime I’ll be preparing submissions. Though to be honest Idk how they are going to have all the creatures ready without delays.
