    PimPlusPVERagnarokCrossArk4 - Ice Cave, after kill queen, just wiped all my tribe, all itens disapeared. The Otter howerver surived at waterr just below the waterfall fall from dungeon exit. This post is only for information or it also gies any kind of compensation from this bug? Sad day for your tribe...

    OK, now it is about 40 hours of outage, no reply, no answer, no information... NA-PVE-Ragnarok-PrimPlusCrossArk4 is still out. already almost two long days

    OK, now it is about 24 hours of server down. Not only the server where I play, but I am seeing a lot of players informing a lot of servers down. 24 hours. In the most respectfuly way, I wish to ask if this forum has a moderator or someone that can at least answer what is going on, an if possible an estimative when the servers will be on again. I mean, if I received an information telling to wait 3 days for example, I would at least stop to refresh the list every half hour... My server is NA-PVE-Ragnarok-PrimPlusCrossArk4 But please, give some information about the other servers too! Many thanks in advance

    As title says, I would like to inform that NA-PVE-RAGNAROKPRIMPLUSCROSSARK4 is down for a long time after update. All other PRIMPLUS PVE are back, either NA or EU, but NA Ragnarok is not coming back. Please have a check, and many thanks

    Not Sure where to post it, as I have just created my forum account today in order to communicate that the server is down. If this is not the best place to post, please, sorry and let me know the right place and I will post there. As title says. Every other PrimPlus server seens to be ok, but NA-PVE-RAGNAROKPRIMPLUSCROSSARK4 is not even showing to log in. It started in the server restart at the end of bunny event. Thanks and waiting for being able to keep playing
