Ongoing Server Instability & Crashes

its getting to a laughing point. OC genesis 2 servers have been crashing every 30 seconds and staying down for up to an hour then only to crash again in the 1st 30 seconds again. how do u contact the devs to get answers to whats going on. ive lost 10s of hours in the past 2 weeks from this poop and they never respond to bud or crash reports.
