I have a Google Play pay History Screenshot. Is this the wrong place to be asking for this sort of assistance?? It would be nice to at least get my Amber and other Archetypes..

I can sign into the account and I clicked restore purchases and it flashed in red listing off all my purchase saying Failed. Now clicking restore purchases does nothing. I dropped quit a bit of cash on the game too, makes it discouraging. Also My friend who is also my coworker, started his profile at the same time roughly 3 years ago. I have screenshots of the Purchases in my Google account history. Can someone please help me.
