I've been trying to play on ark servers for three days but the game doesn't allow it, I've already uninstalled and installed the game several times. I even formatted my pc but every time I enter, I get the same message that doesn't allow me to join absolutely anything, I am going to put the image of how it appear s every time I try to do something.
