I can’t even get a ticket in

I been getting this every time I try to join server and it been like this 2 days I have closed app removed app and downloaded it bk tryed single player and a a bunch more thing it still not working

Hi I need help I play on Xbox and and for the last couple of day I have been getting the same problem I have tried everything out o get it to work but nothing dose every time I try to get on server I get kicked bk out with a mes could not retrieve address and it only happens on the server where my 117 character is with all my tames
