  1. Just go ahead and add all modded creatures to the game from AA, AC, Prehistoric Beasts, Sunken World, Carnotaurus TLC, etc. OR Just release the top 10 dinos and a new map and call it a year. We already know Ark 2 is going to be delayed. It's expected lol.Ark 2: Coming soon in 2024.
  2. We already have many Theropods and with the new Amargasaurus we have a suitable amount of Sauropods. With the addition of the new Dinopethicus we have a good amount of primates. Pterosaurs, birds, mammals, and insects are all represented well. We have two Ornithopods, Ceratopsians, and stegosaurians. We only have one Ankylosaurian (the Anky). It'd be nice to have another one of those or another Hadrosaur(parasaur). I know it's another Ornithopod but still.
  3. Also at this point, if a map has potential or creature mod such as Glacius, Fjiordur, Ark Additions, Additional Creatures, Prehistoric Beasts, or the TLC mods, I think the devs should add them, even if they have to be balanced out a little more. More creatures and maps adds way more diversity to the game, even though it doesn't lack any. OR implement many of these creatures to Ark 2.
  4. That new dinosaur is going to look so unique. It's abilities are out there, but I'd love to see what can be done with it.
  5. All I got to say is, I'm always pleased with the progress you're making. I don't get to play Ark as much as a lot of hardcore players. Got to work and enjoy life outside of videogames a little. Ark will always be one of my top favorite games. I expected the delay, in fact, I counted on it. You can only do so much to polish up your game for release. I really enjoy the game and the possibilities you all implement. I can't wait. On top of that, I am so happy you kept the tradition of adding a draconic creature to your main story (Minus gen pt 1). I feel like y'all made up for that when Crystal Isles was introduced though.
  6. I love this. BUT the real question is, when the crap are y'all gonna release the title music. I love the summer bash tune.
  7. Real life Dino added huh? I think we're overdue for another sauropod. We've only got the Diplo, Bronto, and Titan. I'm hoping something like the Brachio (maybe not as OP as the Ark Additions version). My reasoning behind this is that we have a lot of fliers, a lot of theropods, and Herbivores. If not a Sauropod, I'm hoping for a Hadrosaur like the Lambeosaurus, or the Corythosaurus. For TLC I'd like to see the Carno, Mammoth, Dilo (make it bigger like actual dilo fossils), Dimorphs, Sabercat, Quetz, Meg, Plesio, Onyc, Araneo, Terror Bird, Pulmonscorpius, or Titanoboa be revamped. I feel like these species are underrated or not used as much anymore. The Quetz, Sabertooth, and Meg are used, but I feel like they could use it more. Also, I REALLY love creature mods, like ARK Additions or Additional creatures. If they were a bit more balanced, I'd love to play with them in PvP. I love coming up with new dino ideas, but I have no experience in modding. I love writing though. Ark Additions, would be amazing in Vanilla Ark. If Additional Creatures were polished up a bit more, some given unique abilities, and some of them nerfed, they'd be great creature mods too. I'm actually surprised they're not sponsored anymore. TLC ideas: Carno - The unofficial TLC was pretty cool Mammoth - Make it tankier, give it a charge, scoop ability? Allow players to ride on its tusks, maybe a small platform saddle? Dilo - Make it bigger, give it a fear roar for smaller creatures, faster spit or chain spit like Broodmother Sabertooth cat - Sprint and tackle like big cats do in real life, chameleon effect to blend in surroundings like a stealth mode, climb small cliffs to get over terrain like big cats, pin ability. Quetz - slightly faster, area of effect screech that causes tames to flinch, keen eye to see through brush or tree tops, spearing attack with its massive beak. Dimorphodons - Flocking behavior like the bug swarms, pack bonus, ability to land on trees and cliffsides. Meg- Possibly make slightly larger, give feeding frenzy effect, predator sense similar to Direwolves Plesio - Possibly bury in under water sand for hiding from pursuers, give ability to go out of water but extremely slow. Onyc - Nighttime buff, hang upside down as a landing area so they're not constantly flying, Echolocation detection similar to Parasaur only it allows nearby people to see structures/tames/survivors through walls for a short period of time) Araneo - Ability to climb similar to a spider, ability to make obstacles like Plant Y mines only in web form or make "walls" of webbing. Terror Bird - Stomp ability similar to how Ostriches or Secretary birds stomp prey or attackers, headbutt, or gliding tackle to knock down survivors or pelt dinos (but may cause the terror bird to be stunned if it is countered) Pulmonscorpius - Give it a grab ability for smaller creatures/survivors with its pincers to allow stinging. Also it can be hit back before to many stings to cause it to let go. Has the ability to burrow to ambush prey with its stinger or claws. Titanoboa - Can enter turret mode which it curls up and strikes, or hangs from trees. Have it have a constricting effect but always with a 90% chance of a free limb to attack back. Ability to slither on cave walls or objects and wait for ambush. Bonus: Ever seen Jurrasic World? I'd love to see a Mosa jumping out the water at low flying creatures or smaller prey. If I could give the two Hadrosaurs a Dossier, it'd be: Corythosaurus – Wild: If ever there was a loud dinosaur that could be heard across a distance, it is the Corythosaurus. They are known for their singing and different calls which can be handy for directing other members of their herd to do something or to warn of a nearby predator. When flocking, they have intense vocal patterns to direct other dinosaurs, which in a herd can cause a stampeding effect. They can also mimic sounds of dinosaurs like carnivores to deter smaller ones from attacking or staying away. Unfortunately, this is a double edged sword as it can also attract bigger or rival carnivores. Domesticated: A tamed Cory can be invaluable. One of these can scare away wild dinosaurs away from a location, depending on their mimicked vocal patterns. Well placed Cory’s can be employed for several different tactics ranging from taming, hunting, or redirection. They can rally nearby allied dinosaurs to their location to defend an area or pave a way for escape. I’ve heard “choirs” of Cory’s sing amazing melodies in villages often just as entertainment. Lambeosaurus – Wild: Lambeo’s are well known for being extremely difficult to hunt or tame. It is difficult to track them, and even harder to kill them. A lone Lambeo is difficult, but one found in a herd of other Hadrosaurs, makes them near impossible to do anything about. Because of their special diet, taming them by Knock out is impossible. Their abilities require their diet to include Narcoberries and Stimberries, which is basically their fuel. Their abilities are extremely unique for a dinosaur. For one, they can mask their scent from most predators. Second their defense mechanism of producing a large amount of smoke to cover their escape is known. Some can even emit a gas that can cause drowsiness, making their pursuer sluggish and in rare cases induce sleep. Any Hadrosaur caught up in this sleeping gas, will be immune. When in a herd, this effect can create extremely dense fog. Domesticated: Lambeo’s are living smoke and gas grenades. I’ve seen tribes using Lambeo’s during raids to provide smoke cover. Tamed Lambeo’s can be taught to control just how much gas or smoke they emit, and require a large amount of Narcoberries or Stimberries. Taming them effectively, requires gaining their trust through “playing” with them, or by feeding them Narcotics or Energy Brew. Their abilities are excellent for base defense as well being able camouflage their owners and building in smoke for sneak attacks. It seems that those who manage to tame a Lambeo, learn to be able to somewhat see through Lambeo smoke, however, they are just as vulnerable to their sleeping gas as anything else.
  8. @Chris Look, all I'm saying is the only thing I'm disappointed in is the fact that I can't find all the DLC main themes anywhere to purchase such as scorched, abb, extinction, rag (if there is one), etc or this one lol. I've been playing since console release. I sometimes forget how long that has been. What people don't understand is that every game has its own kinks, glitches, etc. I'm personally just happy y'all keep giving us content. I can ignore the bugs. I love this game.
