I've stopped playing the game due to the island being the most boring map byan absolute mile. I just login reset timers then wait a week b4 I rinse and repeat. I'm quite fond of the center so will play it when it's eventually released in 2035

Easter is in March this year so no doubt will be that week logically

100000% every map will be delayed. Center will be late March so they won't bring the next map days later. Scorched earth I'd guess early may. I only really like the center gen 2 and fjordur so soon as 1 of those are a out ill be content.                                             For now!

Only a day after crafting 19 shiney maxed out saddles for my newly raised rexes, and another for my Yuti, the game decides to kick my whole server within minutes of starting a boss fight, causing lots of us to lose our stuff, my own of which took weeks of preparation.

Ark was truly one of the most fun games I've played, unfortunately this is just a new coat of paint over some very old cracks.

U must be really popular on ur server because everyone seem so concerned when u said u were done with the game😉. No doubt ur already hatching more rex eggs to go again. People like u spend too much time playing ark to ever quit.

I think they're doing it on purpose. No one would deliberately mess up this bad, unless they're throwing the fight. Both Wc and snail have been involved in bad trade practices, this behavior fits the bill for thievery. It doesn't matter now, no one gives a poop about Ark2, the bs animated series or any other shiny polished turd you crap out. Your done. Get the hell off the store. Take your bag of tricks and kick rocks.

Snail could be one of the trendsetters if they didnt gamble their money back then. And we're talking multi millions here.

I had 1 of my lawyers look into that a year back when they released more info about monetizing ASA. The mess he found...

Instead they try to repeat ASE 100% accurate, yet forgot how many people still remember how that went.

This time the community isnt that forgiving anymore. Comparing the amount of threads with release ASE shows a downfall of over 90% in posts. 

 

Snail is the publisher not the developer. That's wildcard. Snail spending a billion on some daft electric car start up has no bearing on wildcard being useless at developing a game

Pay streamers because 90% of people get info from them? Streamers already get paid assuming they've got a reasonable amount of viewers. Also I've never watched a single ark stream and have never gained any info from them. 

150 over many years! Is that all? U must play for 1 hour every week or 2

U should always build a 1x1x1 around a generator to prevent it being turned off. The amount of bases I see with generators buzzing away just sat in the open powering the whole base is mind boggling. These people must think they are playing a game without the toxic players

NOT really because as I already said there's no way of knowing b4 it wakes up even a 150 could get 40 points extra into food or oxygen. I recently found a 150 rex with good points wild in hp tamed it and it gained 6 points into hp after. Complete waste of an hr and 17 kibble. 

I'm fairly certain are some mods specifically designed for official servers. Mainly performance based stuff. Don't see why they wouldn't allow a painting mod for creatures to save hours of just messing about with a paintbrush. One where I can just pick for example certain designs for an argy and all I have to do is supply the correct paint colours

The only way to be certain of lots of eggs is to have lots of females to drop them. I tend to tame lots of low level creatures to get lots of eggs early on and then replace them with high level egg layers when I've tamed higher level creatures. Also I'm fairly certain I read somewhere many moons ago the dodo which has the highest egg drop rate is a 1/13 drop rate for eggs to poop ratio. Higher level eggs from say a yuty would have a much lower drop rate. So as mentioned tame some low levels 

Does anyone know if there's a way to search or sort the official mods available on the Xbox?. I want to install some useful mods on the pve official server I play on but obviously can only use the ones available for the official servers and don't want to sift through thousands of non official mods first. 

I remember many moons ago while on the southern tropical island on the center I came upon a micro raptor it attacked me while I was on my argy. So I flew straight up around 100 plus feet only for the little terror to just fly straight after me as if he knew wildcard had given him daft over powered powers. Hated them ever since. Tree tigers badgers seagulls pego and the whale all as far as I'm concerned can be taken out of the game

Post tame not protame. Also it's irrelevant what the stats are prior to taming because there's no way of knowing what you will get after with the randomness of the stats distribution. Granted if say u have high melee and it gets lots of points into melee then ur golden but it could have 50 points in melee before it's tamed and only get 5 points awarded so it's really potluck with the stats post tame. U just have to tame all higher levels and hope u get a good role of the dice.

I'd love to buy a boss Dino and not need to spend the next 2-3 years breeding and having no life. Some of us don't want to spend all our free time playing ark.

You are missing the point: We were offered a saying in the future of the game by voting specific creatures for specific maps. People designed these dino's to fit in that one map. What is happening now is making as much sense as giving a basilo-like creature as the new dino for Scorched Earth.
Giving this creature on another map is just a vote wasted and votes were what all the hype to ASA was buil on.

Tl;dr: The current situation is WC doing a "We here you" while giving the finger simultaniously.

You actually believe ur or anyone's vote makes a difference to which creatures are paired with what maps? They will release whichever creatures they want with whatever map they choose. They asked people to vote to gain favour with gullible people who think their having a say in the games development.

Ragnarok wasn't the map with the maewing. 

I swear I'm cursed with this event. I've done several every day since the event started and NOTHING of use so far. Turtles carnos dodo trike terror bird manta and numerous of those. Thought I'd maybe get some at least near the end but no I've just spent 3 hours getting super nice due to rollback and disconnections and what do I get a SANTA OUTFIT!!!!!!!!!  I don't want this it's useless to me. Absolute waste of nearly 3 weeks and I've just been bent over evert y single time. Honestly wish the event would end so I can get back to making my time in the game useful. I come on line for a hr or 2 a day and waste all that time hoping for at least 1 creature but no I get shafted every time. So badly done. Why could they of given an option of say maybe 2 or 3 different creatures to chose from? Pathetic
