    I can no longer connect to any server after the last update (26.15), I always get this same error! how to solve this?

    The server "NA-PVE-Official-Extinction459 is not appearing on the server list for those who play for EPIC GAMES, however it is accessible for those who play for STEAM. I need to recover my char that is on the server and that my character is sent to the cloud so that I can download it on another map. Please, my base and my dinos are about to die!

    And the problem continues, it's been 7 days since the server is off to play for epic games! Many players losing a lot for that, including me who will ask for all bases and dinos! There is no player support in this game, and look that the game is not even free, buy the game and all DLCs. No one even responds to tickets to show that they viewed or are aware of the problem! The only thing I want is for you to remove my char from the map and put it in the cloud, very simple thing, and nobody does that!

    Server 459 is not showing up for those who play via EPIC GAMES, it has been 6 days, and my character is stuck there! Please fix this, my base is about to fall! I already missed half of that event! 😢

    Play with the players such a thing! That lack of respect! I will lose months of play because my base on another map will fall because my character is stuck on that server and he's been off all this time!

    A real crap this customer service! 5 days of server disconnected, multiple tickets and not even an answer! My character stuck there, I'll end up losing my base on the main map that I play because I can't go back there! Lose more than 3 months of play because of that! Send this to those responsible for the servers, moderator!

    Almost 3 days of server shutdown with my char stuck there! And they don't even answer a ticket!

    Server "NA-PVE-Official-Extinction459" OFF for more than 20 hours now, absurd to maintain a server without being able to play on it, I have my character stuck there without being able to go out, without being able to enjoy the event or anything, without say that by the OFF time I already lost my dinos on my other map! No response from the staff! The most buggy server of all for sure, and look that it is a paid DLC, but it is worthless with servers like that! Get it ready, I want my character!
