So... As we know the problem with ASA isn't only in it's technical part. As an example here are 2 pictures with ASA and ASE prices. Let's take Russian region. ASA is 8 (!!!!) times more expensive. ARK: Ultimate Survivor Edition is just 2 times more expensive than ASE without DLC. And there are sales too. So what do we have here? WC selling the remastered ASA (the game they eventually dropped without support for getting more money with the same game) with at least 4 times higher price. This is the question to the studio and everyone linked to price policy... What's the point for people from regions, effected by wrong pricing, to buy your game again paying 4 times more? Besides the price was 3 times lower for a few hours. But then they changed it... So it was EXPECTED to be at least 3 times lower. But then something clicked and "Oh well. Let's raise the price". And the most interesting thing: I haven't even seen ANY statement of WC about price change. One more time It shows how WC don't care about it's community. And didn't even think about the state people live in and what money they can spend on games. All WC wanted is more money... I'm even curious - How many people did buy ASA after the price raise in Russia?

Noone will help you. ASE support is stopped and it's a dead game now XD Even if you file the ticket noone will answer it, because they don't care anymore. They need more money, this cow can't give any more milk. But if it was me - first I would delete any mods that effects visuals (as the error is abot shaders). Am I the only 1 who can't submit the ticket? I push the button and nothing happens. When I use their previous e-mail for bugs it says: "We stopped support for ASE". So how should I ask the company about the bugs or any questions in mind if there is no way to contact them (they don't read and answer in forums as far as I understood during ASE days)

The thing is - who cares about their "wants". People paid money and expect to get good product. And what do we have? This survival game is the worst (among others) as far as optimisation, bugs, glitches, badly executed mechanics are concerned. Noone says that it's a bad game. I'm a gamer for a long time. And I'm ensure you - Ark is a horribly executed game. There haven't been even 1 game as baddly done as this one. And the worst support to top it all off. I play Ark for along time. But I lost alot of things because of it's glitches and serever problems. I'm thankful for the game. But If you ask me - the developpers SHOULD be scolded for this kind of release. They DO a great job but it's not enough if you get bad experience when you play. There might be less content, less territories. BUT There shouldn't be things that ruin the whole experience (like server problems and glitches that destroy all you've done for monthes )

pffff. How many times a year you can see a price-off from WC? Even EA is more charitable then WC... And here I thought to buy this DLC... But everything turned out to be as always...There is a great sale in EGS... If there won't be a good price for your game - no one will spend a cent for it..... Better buy cheap working game then broken addon to expensive broken game.

Yeah... WC is when even in teaser screenshots there are bugs... poopty work as ever XD The release too... In teaser it's in March... They postponed it for 2 monthes.... What will we have? BUGS! They can't fix elevater stopping at the ground level but continue to ask money..... If they fixed at least 2 minor problems in game I encountered (as a proof of any bugfix done), I would buy DLCs. But they don't do anything... For years I see the same bugs (which were reported alot of times) and nothing has been fixed... Don't deserve spending money on them...

Will everything in animated series glitch? Will dinos disappear in them? Will some of the series self-delete? Will their creators say: "It's sad but it's your problem... It's not our politics to solve the problems we created."??? If not - then these series are not about the Ark.... Ark is made of gamers' tears, who just want to play a good game. The tears that dry out quicker and quicker with every ticket they send to support. The tears that stop appearing after the realization that no one cares. That's the Ark!

As I see, here there R more answers than in support page... I reported that I can't find server I was on. I don't know it's name... It should have been marked favorite. But it wasn't for some reason... And now I can't get my dino with 22 cryos on it back... Because I don't know on what server I should go... All I asked to tell me the servers (5min work...) my character was on... I can't check this anywhere as I'm playing from Epic.... Epic players can't see the "survivers list" or check in internet their players "visits".... And 26 hours past and no answer? Do U have just 1 person in your support? Who checks 1000s of complains as Ark glitches every day....

They already did it XD I turned my game off for the update. I return... AAANNNNNNDDDD OPEN! NOT. I can't connect to the server AGAIN. Last update I lost my 10 babies because I thought i'll be back in 15min. But i was able to connect to the server only after 1.5 days ? This time i froze all the babies. And hoped everything will be OK. Now I really think whether I should buy DLC. As 1 day I can lose more because of this "great" servers... I don't want to waste my time and money on game which can't provide me with at least "You-won't-lose-anything-because-of-us". For now we have: "1 day U'll lose something precious. We warn U. And we won't compensate it. We take more but return less. Why? It's our politics. Why didn't we fix it if we knew? It's not our politics. That's all"

So.... It's too confusing... Now Rates are x2 because of Evo event... They will become permanent.... Then where did x4 come from? x1 will be equal x2 now Isn't it? Why is it stated that 1x will be equal x4? Even if you check rates on wiki, niw is x2. I don't know what rates you compare. Write it so that everyone could understand... Not only you with some rates in some developer's folder no one knows... So. Can someone tell me... Will the rates be as they R now or will be doubled? Because what I see in this article - they will be x4 - doubled.
