    Sorry dude, most of the time their customer support is poor at best.. Let's hope you don't get a bad gm who just closes your ticket because you weren't around when they wanted to serve you.. I.e.in the middle of the night when you're asleep

    You will not get those imprints back.. You will get to own them again if you raise a ticket but you'll have a new player and no imprints
