More GMs to actually handle tickets. hackers openly cheat and brag and sell their software on your servers they spam their tribe log into tribe chat and you cant track that, kinda pathetic but not surprising coming from your devs. Sure good job on banning their accounts but actually dev wiping their bases would help so they cannot come back so easy. This could be the greatest form of ark if you're willing to put in the work. 2 hacking tribes got dev wiped I know of, after the devs let the legit players die out. litterally let the hackers have free reign.
