This is still very frustrating that your still closing down Official ASE servers. Why close all??? Why not let us pay you monthly to keep certain servers up somehow for those of us who want to keep enjoying official with the community we already have. With the bases we have, characters, bases, dinosaurs.

That's what I'm trying to point out to them. But yet they dont listen to a single word anyone says from the player community either. I've seen their patch notes announcements. All they seem concerned with right now is making sure people can at least connect through EGS that's it. They're aware servers are out but yet they haven't announced a single thing if they're even being looked at. All they want to do is write it on the forum that they're aware servers are out.

I have nothing but time to try to get their attention to fix things that are broken. TBH this is some of the worst "Player Support" i've ever seen Before they even release NEW things or new servers/new content. They should focus first and foremost on server stability and fix bugs. Rather than releasing new stuff that's just going to continue to break the game everytime something is released. Then maybe they'll start getting more people who will actually pay for the game if they focus on keeping servers stable and talk with their player base. Instead of trying to offer it free to cover up that they're no longer taking care of it through giving it away for free now. If they actually start focusing on server's being stable and fixing bugs then they'll start seeing more positive reviews, positive comments. Them neglecting their community and ignoring all posts it's going to continue to go downhill from here for the game.

Again most likely all reports/posts trying to get servers 713-716 fixed will be completely ignored. Are you going to wait a year or 2 before you event attempt to fix the servers??? So many people have asked if you guys can please address these issues and we dont get an announcement, a response. This is poor player support on behalf of wildcard. It's not hard to rollback servers. You go into the world save files. Delete some files, rename the next file you're wanting the world to start from and name it the map name.ark voila there's the rollback. Then address the constant connection errors...........

We've been trying to get their attention to try help figure out what's going on with servers PC Servers 713-716 and they haven't fixed it for a week. Nobody has responded to us. They've literally only responded to players who are having issues with Epic Games Launch problems.

Tbh, between servers not allowing you to connect and servers being dead now. This is why I dont want to start on another map. Whats to say that this isn't gonna happen on another map now?

Nobody can connect. Its either you get disconnected instantly before you load in. Or even if you load in you will get kicked and lose host connection. It's been that way for a whole week now for 713-716. Then if you attempt to load in. The game thinks your online and you won't actually be in game. But your character will remain in game then your character starves and gets dehydrated to death. It will tell you "There's already a character from this account connected" so many people have lost dinosaurs, baby dinosaurs, structures who knows what else now. I know I already lost 40 dinosaurs including a bunch of event colors. 1 Magmasaur, 2 managarmrs, 3 unicorns, 8 owls, 2 gachas, 8 argys, 2 mammoths, 3 ankys, 1 doed, 7 rexes, 3 procoptodons, 1 paramour, 1 iguanodon, 1 quetzal. Please fix 713-716 constant disconnect issues. @Cedric@lilpanda@StudioWildcard @Jatheish Everyone from 713-716 has been constantly asking if you guys can fix these servers. We have not had a single response. We all would love to play but we cannot join those servers without constantly losing connection. Please rollback the servers 713-716 for 1 week and look into these errors! So many of us have asked and asked. Currently known server outages and reason(s): PC 713-716 connection issues (L) indicates legacy server offline indicates that the server is not running currently (time is not moving forward) though is being worked on. Last Updated: 6/12/2020 <----------------- Updated on 6/12. It's now 6/17/2020 and still not fixed.

Some servers have been down for a full week and you guys think 24 hours is bad...... 713-716 has been down now for a full week and no solution or fix. I think their compensation is giving ark for free since they're not fixing servers. Theres a good handful of us who tried getting their attention to fix these servers and we've been completely ignored. It seems like they're only helping EGS players now......

Well servers PC 713-716 have been down for a full week now. Everyone from those servers are losing structure's/dinosaurs because all of our reports have been ignored too. Luckily for you guys it's just been hours. We haven't heard a single reponse and 713 alone there's normally around 40 players everyday up until the server just completely broke. We've been trying to ask for a rollback and a solution as to why were instantly getting booted after trying to load in and no response. It feels like nobody cares. They just take the report and put it on a list. That's it.

If I could refund ark and the season passes now I would. 713 has been down for a full week. Dinosaurs and structures are going to to be completely gone. If you would just focus on fixing broken servers and rollback lost time it would be amazing. But right now I'm losing hope and ready to uninstall ark and never play again. An event that alot of players can't even enjoy because something in that update broke other servers that aren't Crystal Isles. 40 of us have been trying to get attention to get 713 fixed but we've been completely ignored! Alot of us from that server are ready to quit.

Please rollback the server 6 days to the day just before the event started! Then try to fix the errors we're constantly getting! Nobody can connect if we do we get booted almost instantly. The constant "Connection time out" or the kernel errors. Nobody has been able to login since the night of 06/10/20.

I like how people are complaining about breeding rates. Imagine losing EVERYTHING. There's been servers that have been down for a week now and some just lost ALOT of dinosaurs that we worked hard to get and built bases that we spent hundreds of hours trying to build to get to.

It is boosted rates right now atm so it's not too bad to start over during this event

PvE Valguero 713 Error I know you guys know that 713 has had connection errors. But I'm just trying to be a little helpful as to what error's it's giving when trying to connect to try help diagnose what the connection problems can possibly be. Here's the error's it's been giving. Along with the "Host Connection Timeout Lost/timedout connection to host" I've noticed it's gone offline a few times today we're hoping you guys can get it working again. We're anxious and trying to make sure our dinosaurs and structures don't decay. There's always at least 40 active people at all times everyday on that server. Everyone would love to see it back and working. @lilpanda Please fix 713-716 :(!!!! It's been down for 6 whole days!
