Looks like Nitrado is owned by a company called "marbis GmbH". Linkedin lists it as "marbis GmbH (Nitrado)" with 22 employees.

Yeah, all the broken transfer threads are getting merged here. Because apparently it's all related to the 'instability'.

So, then there's no point to this forum thread whatsoever? Is this thread to 'discuss' the problem? The problem that we as players have no insight into the cause or solution to? Don't get me wrong, reporting it in the outage form is absolutely the right thing to do, but what is the goal of this whole section of the forum if most of the posts are just thrown in a pile and handwaved away saying "everyone is just having issues, just live with it for now"?

Yeah, most of my tribe is stuck off server currently and it's really putting a strain on our group. Truly hope this is resolved very soon.
