662 Genesis 17 hours server down, FIX IT! ???????????

im playing valguero 524 2 month, sometimes there were failures, and now some kind of horror with the servers.

Fix Crash official servers genesis reload every half hour, nice update. i play 662 server, two reboots per hour. now server die, uptime 80%, https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/ark/5827822. A month of play for nothing, switch to another server is also not possible. Please fix it!
