1 Week now NOTHING.. no "support" This is the worst game to have to deal with support. Hands down the absolute WORST.

So, no cussing, no complaining?!?! is this Nazi Germany?! Your servers are constantly crashing ..this is cause for people losing what was worked on... also there isnt a way to communicate to an actual person. You got that locked down. So, minimal support for a game that charges the same as every other top designer. Only thing is..with WOW, no issue getting things taken care of..whats the rub here? Im not asking for something that isnt mine..im not asking for a favor..I want you to give me what I PAYED FOR. Fix my stuff, you jerks.

Server crash wiped my character. So how does one get actual support..just sit with my hands under my butt? So while all my poop is dieing ..i get to wait for them to fix the sever issue that have been rampant? DILO

Ragnarok 408 Character lost on server crash I need help recovering my character that was lost on the last server crash. They seem to be happening a lot today.
