Ive gotten some acendent saddle bps and bow bps, but i dont need those xDD surely there must be a mission

Where can I find/get longneck BPs on Genesis? Ive been opening a tonn of loot now, and still no longneck BP. Opened all tiers. How do I get them? Edit: I actually ended up finding a Aprentice longneck blueprint by fishing salmon in the Artic with leech blood. So far this is the only way i know of getting them.
