Charmad

I am able to get the holiday recipes for the Winter Wonderland event, but neither Gacha Claus nor Raptor Claus ever spawn. Any ideas? Playing on PC with mult arks (ragnarok, crystal isle, the island, scorched earth). I purchased the Genesis exp pack and now raptor claus works. I have to spawn Gacha Claus though because he doesn't exist anywhere on any ark. I can work with this.
