Only 1 week for the Valentines event? That gives us only 1 weekend to farm colors and chibis.......that's a hard grind.....

Sooo you've been working on a new dino that's not coming out for a year, and giving a Thanksgiving event to your favorite pc gamers, all while us consoles are waiting to just simply play? I thought you said everyone was working on fixing bugs and getting consoles up and running?? Obviously not if they are doing these other things. One would think getting consoles ASA would be an all hands on deck kind of thing.

Pc is so far ahead of consoles. Don't believe me? Look up R0taderp, Barry Seals, Gang Bang, BLDX-BretxaWarrior, IDGAF-ItzYouKnow on YouTube and watch their base tours. It's impressive. They have tons of bps, breeding dinos, stocked bases in the best locations. There is no way consoles will be able to compete. We'll have to "trade" with them to be somewhat competitive. What will we have of value to trade? Thatch? Fiber? Nope. Real world currency. I'm already seeing people selling bases with starter dinos for $150 in trading groups. At this point, WC is encouraging it eventhough it's against CoC. This will force consoles to go to console only servers because consoles won't stand a chance against pc which defeats the purpose of cross-platform. At this point, WC needs to either; 1) make current servers pc only, and release Xbox and Ps5 together with their own cross-platform console only servers. Or 2) wipe all current servers, launch all platforms at the same time like originally promised, thus creating a fair playing field for all involved. WC needs to make this right.

Can you please clarify what was meant in the CC by "We’ll also be onlining our first set of console-specific servers at this moment so that players who do not want to play on crossplay can play on those" And "We’ll also be onlining an additional set of console-specific servers" People are interpreting that to mean there will be Xbox only servers and ps5 only servers due to the CC saying "console specific" and "(for) players who do not want to play on crossplay". I know Rydolph already clarified this in a pinned comment, but people are saying in the FB groups that I belong to that he is incorrect. So can you please clarify? Thanks 😊

As clarified by Rudolph in the discord; There will be 2 types of servers. 1) will be pc, Xbox, and ps5 2) will be Xbox and ps5 Making my points valid.

I call for the complete wipe and reset of all pc and Xbox servers when ps5 launches. Make everything equal. Everyone is about equality, right? Here's why. 1) With Xbox launching the week before Thanksgiving (23rd), they'll mostly likely launch ps5 the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. That's why they said end of Nov. 2) PC (4 week head start) and Xbox (2 week head start) can use Extra Life 8x rates to raise tons of statted tames & farm tons of important resources, while ps5 (with less than 1 week) will have to use the Extra Life to farm wood, stone, & necessities. (Sounds equal?) 3) Xbox going to flood the new console servers when ps5 is launched, making it extremely difficult for ps5 to even get a server. How? 4) While ps5 is downloading, Xbox will have immediate access to the new servers for the increased rates; yes, they'll have to start at lvl 1 again due to no transfers but 30 minutes is a huge boost. I can be lvl 80+ in 10 minutes of being on a server. Have a base up, pillars, within 30 minutes. But while ps5 is downloading, Xbox who had it downloaded for 2 weeks prior, will have immediate access to the server and can do what I can do before ps5 even gets a chance to create their characters. 5) Why would Xbox want to start over on a new server? Getting preferred base locations. Or not able to get on a server due to population. Or the server they're on is toxic. 6) Ps5 are going to be soooo far behind. Best base locations will be taken. Boss fights will be done giving ele & tek. Best dino stats. (All have already been achieved on pc) And ps5 will be farming for stone picks and thatch huts. (Sounds equal?) 7) Not to mention ps5 content creators are shafted again on growing more views & followers. 😎 Do I even mention all the boosts due to duping & meshing? Wildcard, this is unacceptable. Make it equal for all. Shut down the servers, wipe them, fix the exploits, and relaunch them all-at the same time-making an equal start for all.

I really don't think there's an ASA. 11 days till the 31st and they've given us nothing to show us that there is an actual game. Anyone can make a ss and give a bunch of words. I think they're just keeping the "hype" up until they breach their contract and force Nitrado's hand.

Wow....nothing new.....18 days until deadline and-nothing-.......You win WC. My husband, daughter, and I will not be buying ASA. I will not be subjected to this abuse any longer.

That's it? 24 days until the October 31st deadline and this is all you have for us??

I really hope the otter wins this time! Ab needs a fast water tame and there are so many spots it can spawn. It's perfect for Ab.

Do these new prices include DLC or will that be another cost?

Yeah this is great and all but I'm still not getting xp. It's been 1 month. Sooooo can I have xp for ASE please? I put in a ticket but still nothing.

There already is a a huge advantage to old players vs new players in ASE currently. What would be the difference? The difference would be no massive bases, no top stat dinos, and no slaughtering of new players because they haven't had the time to build up. Everyone would have to start over with everything except levels and tek unlocks. Also, there is an advantage for old players in ASA as us old players know all the spots on the maps, how to power level characters, how to mass breed dinos quickly, how to get artifacts and tributes easily, and how to defeat bosses easily. ASA will be a race to the top depending on who has what knowledge and how well that knowledge is used. Knowledge, in itself, is a huge advantage, especially in pvp.

What do you mean by this? Will our current characters transfer to ASA?

Alot of good the Evo events are for me! Last event and this event I'm not getting any xp! I'm 3/4 of the way to lvl 143 and I'm not getting xp for crafting, gathering, tek pod, or shooting a dino. The only way I'm getting xp is by killing dinos while riding a dino. smh What's the point of even playing anymore..... Update; I'm getting xp in the tek pod while offline. So, off to FFXIV I go then.....

Well, here's the thing. My husband, our 2 children, and myself all play ark. We were waiting till a few days before launch to see if we would buy the dlc, for all 4 of our ps4 systems. We wanted to see if WC would care enough to fix the major issues. We were almost convinced when they fixed the meshing. But they still don't care about DDOSing (FFXIV has certain Firewalls in place to detect when their servers are being DDOSed; from when the DDOSing starts to reboot to continuation of gameplay, the entire process is maybe 10 minutes). But now there is this "become an ark gm" hack on official now where entire tribes are being wiped and I have to take drastic precautions to TRY to keep my tribe safe with no word from WC as to what they plan to do about it. So, nope, not going to spend any more money on this game. It's been 5 years. Same issues plus many horrible new ones. The "it takes time" is irrelevant. WC you're out of time. How you can try to market a new dlc when you haven't fixed the problems with the old one is beyond me. It's like "here is the broken product and look at this new broken product you can also buy".

Please WC extend this event. 7 days was not enough ESPECIALLY since half my tribe is stuck in the blue screen zone on Rag.

Alot of good this event does us with half my tribe blue screen locked on Ragnarok.....by the time it's fixed the event will be over....smh

Cedric, I'm level 132, my xp bar is maxed and I can not level up. Same with other ppl in my tribe who are over 130, so it's 2x xp but we aren't allowed xp? Or to level up? Without a chibi? For the next 20 days? I'm so confused.....
