    I finally got to log on (I am a windows 10 user on an xbox cross play server) And since I was on genesis I transferred to ragnorak to check on base there and dinos, transferring to island the game crashed and upon logging back on the game has deleted my survivor. There is no file to download on any map now at all... and each map is asking me to create a new survivor. This means loosing everything I own and my survivor completely? Can I get any help?
