Can you please address the characters lost during the latest server roll back! i’ve had a ticket in for a week now with no response. First it was a LOCKOUT timer so I left my character in the ob and got off... Then you rolled the servers to “help??” Some players right after I get back on and download to my server causing my to loose my only character... now I can’t even get a “we’ve received your ticket and will get back to you in approximately ...” letter... All week... crickets... Babies... dead... generators... running low... imprints and ob... gone... ticket... submitted... all week... crickets...
