you can use giga in the tek cave on official but cannot transfer it to the the final stage for the overseer so you have to pod it, then before entering the freezing zone you unpod your rexes or whatever dino you want to use check that video for a general idea of what you need to do and where

today i've ditched half a dozen deino bp on ext454 ranging from 40 to 60 you can find them if they are still there i put them in the city terminal in snow biome 18/88 location approximatively plus a bunch of other bps i don't need anymore

did alpha overseer solo official yesterday with 6 top rexes and 5 top theries (1 giga for the first part), my giga took a beating along the way, started at 36k hp finished at 8k no rider bonus and 85 armor saddle for the last part, the rexes did fine, theries finished almost unhurt thanks to the veggie cakes (4 each)

got my first baboon but got stuck midway somehow

na-pve-ooficial-gen2-977 not the first time i get killed at the same spot, but this time i got an anti mesh log the strange part is i died while i was leveling the stryder lv 88 you see in the back, but it killed me in the small building you see in the front

na-pve-gen2-977 got killed twice at the same spot, first time i was hovering in tek suit and when i tried to unpod a reaper i got insta killed, spawn back and retreived my pod with the reaper inside, so no loss. second time i was walking the same spot ,heading to the building 2 min before giving birth to a reaper, and when i reached the door, insta killed, problem on respawn, i was not "pregnant" anymore so the death killed the reaper offspring as well, in general when you die, you do not lose reaper embryo unless it is a meshing death, note that i can walk this spot or fly over , and 99% of the time i do not die, but for some reason sometime i do

when cooking use thatch or angler gel because sparking powder or wood (that make coal) is used with berries to make dye

today i tried solo tek cave gamma for the first time, and the first part i very frustrating, i went in with 9 rex (70k hp, 3k melee, 80-90 saddle) right from the beginning i almost lost one rex before even entering the door, that idiot jump in the lava before the entrance , i had set them up to follow me in 2 lines of 4 rexes side by side, but as soon as i passed the gate one jump backward and stay in the lava, by the time i got it out it only had 5k hp left out of 70k, nice start, not even one dino killed and 1 rex is almost down then i move down the narrow path riding the leading rex the first rex on my right ,and first rex on my left on neutral, the rest on passive so they don't jump in front of me while fighting dinos, but still it was a pain, they would get stuck on rocks or whatever, had to move back several time, frustration to the max, and of course at one point 4 rexes ended up in the lava... good bye kept going down with the 5 rexes left then when i almost reach the freezing zone i check behind , and noticed 1 rex was missing, i said raptor it, i keep going down now. so i finally reach the tp and transfer to the overseer with 4 rexes left (one of the rexes was the one with 5k hp left) and i have to say that part fighting the overseer is much more fun than what i experience earlier i was riding the almost dead rex and the 3 others were fighting the overseer/bosses i then lost the rex i was riding, but overseer was almost dead too, sograb an other rex and shot gunned the overseer to finish it off victory.... morale of the story i won't go back there with that many rexes, way too much frustration and it's overkill for gamma. next time i try alpha but this time i glide all the way down then do the last fight with tek chest piece hovering and shot gunning everything

lucky day 1 : was on my mana in the drake trench at some point my shinehorn send a high level dino alert, i check the eggs around and indeed find a 190 egg (pve official) lucky day 2: next day i hatch the 190 egg and get twins 1 male 1 female (make the damn thing breedable please) check the stats .. not so lucky this time 28hp 32st 34melee very average

serve na-pve-island404 crashed tonight around 9.30 pm eastern just after i had just transferred from val549 i was going for the alpha lysrix and after pulling one yuty and one rex from obi the server crashed and rolled back 15 min, so i lost the 2 dino, i already experienced loss of character and dino, so now i am playing with one character for each map to avoid transfer, but when you want to learn tek engrams, you have no choice but transfer to where the boss you want to fight is, overall i consider myself lucky because had the server crashed 30 sec later i would have pulled all my dino out and lose all of them (that would have been 10 rexes lv400+) also this time i didn't lose my character when the server restarted i had the possibility to reappear on the map, but with empty inventory, still better than losing a character and waiting 2-3 weeks to get back on track

my first xmass event was in 2018 at the time i was still playing pvp and i remember people shooting you in the back with shotgun to steal the present, but last year (2019) i was playing pve and the experience was much more friendly, the first few days people rush for the present but after that it gets quieter and at the end almost nobody hunt the present anymore so in the end there is enough time for everybody to get tons of stuff,

lost a giga because of roll back, i am glad it was only a level 20 tamed , i transferred it from genesis to CI 849 and right after i removed it from beacon on CI we had a roll back to before the giga was in my inventory, result no more giga on me or in beacon, i would really be mad if one day it happen when i transfer my 19 rex and yuti to do boss

lost my character too that i was using on 3 different maps, took 2 weeks to create a new one and get back ownership of my stuff with the help of GM, since then i use one character for each map i play, no more transfer except to do bosses on island
