I think you should have a 30 slot personal cloud storage planten inside your arm. No timer attached. Here you should be able to choose if you want to “clone” or delete your dino and save it on the cloud for later. Same as unlocked tek, your able to bring it across all servers. how i visualize this is something like; you tamed or bred a dino. It could be a baby of a full grown dino it does not matter. You should be the only one that tamed or claimed it. You open your inventory and there is a option to clone your nearby dinos into the ark spaceship where your dna is stored. (We all would call it a personal transmitter/obelisk) not usable for materials and stuff like that. only when your dino dies in the server your able to download the dino you just cloned (uploaded) back into the same server (ones every 12 or 24 hours). All dinos got a server number as i know so you should be able to bring it to another server. Now if you got a dodo on server A, upload it and go to server B. Download the dino. Now both servers have a dodo. Now if you want to bring dodo from B to A (to duplicate your dodo) it would tell you the name of the dino is already in the server. Would you like to drop dodo name duplicated item or if you have more. Would you drop all duplicated items? Or just delete them when transferred over. other thing is. I want to raid a base so i upload some dinos. Lets say i bring a stego and a giga with me and i download it on server C. Now as the noob that i am, i go soak a base and my stego gets killed. I pull out the giga and start to munch them and i get killed because they to strong. I should not be able to upload the same dino’s within 24 hours or something. im not concerned about starting from scratch do some Farming. But taming a 150 dino compared to a breed with mutations is a big difference. Also knowing people will kill everything for fun. So this will help players to be able to have a small stock of dinos to be able to start building up. You would never actually lose everything. You would lose 99.999% of all you dinos. But get to keep the ones you cloned in storage. So you just have to build up again. Download your dinos and be good to go anytime anywhere. Dont lose them too much or your still stuck with nothing. And are forced to hop servers. this way you can always improve your dino lines after a setback. But only fall behind in toughness compared to other tribes dino species. Personally this is what i have been thinking since ark scorch earth. Its too toxic to start from scratch every single time you get crushed by a big tribe that kills everything for fun. Or just steal all your poop and kill everything because they dont want you to own something. Its not that taming a phoenix is easy or takes no effort. A therizino takes 5 hours if your lucky. So i can see why people lose motivation after a wipe. They can never do something back and are forced to join a tribe. Only because they want to enjoy a game. if someone gift you some dinos. You cant upload them into the implant. You should mate and hatch the egg then claim the baby to be able to save it in storage. If its a new born then i suggest the timer should stay as it is same as the imprint timer. When a new map arrives, players want to go to the new map with their character. This time it wont allow the player to join because it has max dinos in its storage. Or simply allow the player to join but just like transfers are not able at that time you shouldn’t be able to download dinos from another map. this would not destroy the fun of pvp and pve players in pvp official. It would secure players joy in ark. People dont dare to touch pvp official because of this. People work 10 hours and maybe play together online pvp. Get wiped every day. Taming dinos every day takes hours of work without any progress. So i think its your responsibility to keep the joy in the ones that get victimized by a insider, a offline raid, raid 2 vs 23. Their giga’s versus your boss fight rex (then your already a bit progressed as a solo), blue screen in a dangerous spot. Its not easily to get by doin a simple challenge. There many more reasons why this is good for any player. Mega tribes for their mutations and solo players for their survival and mostly their joy. We all have to start somewhere. Either tame or claim a dino. The journey is yours.
