  1. Okay so I'm a special kind of person that doesn't process information properly so please excuse my post about the DLC being 30$ was scam-like. Let me explain: So I thought it was 30$ (because they don't take you to the SE DLC specific page, they take you to the bundle under their announcement post) so i thought it was 30$ for the adventure pack. However since I now found out that the 30$ is across the 3 maps, and its 10$ each. That is actually fantastic pricing that I think is VERY fair. In fact I expected it to be 10$ and im glad I was not disappointed. Once again grand apologies for the misinformation, I'd insult myself with the "forbidden swear words" but I can't so I am a moron and I again deeply apologize. I contacted a moderator to get rid of the post.
  2. When you say includes SE, Ab, and extinction. Does this imply that you get the DLC's from when those maps release? or do you have to get bob's tales for the maps themselves? Because they said the maps would be free if you bought ark ascended itself.
  3. What are you talking about? Bob's Tall Tales is 30$ and thats the only dlc that I can see on the store page.
  4. Back in Ark Evolved, DLC prices were 20$ when they first came out. For 20$ with scorched earth you got: An entire brand new unique map. A massive amount of new creatures that aren't native to The Island. And a massive sleuth of new items to craft. So now for 30$ you get: 1 creature that revives the dead. the first ever player-made vehicle that can be ridden around as if it was a legit modern day train. And a bunch of reskinned structures that a mod author probably already made under RP Decor. Now please I really need to know what is going on in the minds of this community because this is actually scam-like by comparison. Why are all of you okay with this new way of marketing that wildcard is doing? (Note that if enough people speak up and purposely boycott the DLC. The price will go down, as people who unite can get companies to change their ways. This is a fact not an opinion) Let me be clear: While the price is the main problem, the other main problem is that there is practically no content for 30 dollars compared to the 20 dollar content that came with the map. I would rather pay 20$ for the Map itself again than pay 30$ for 1 creature and 1 item with reskinned structures. Why is this better pricing to you?
  5. Had a feeling we were gonna get an update on the insect today! Didn't really give any information on it though but the artwork looks pretty cool. Hard for me to contain my excitement for the death of ark. Assuming ASA is made properly, I will celebrate Ark 1's long deserved death like a holiday.
  6. Very impressive visuals there, It brings me so much joy to see you really are re-working everything from the start. I can't wait to see what ark evolves into.
  7. Suggestions that request better visuals are somewhat in the game already. Examples: There are wet textures on specific areas when the light shines the right way. Dropping resources as their physical item is already in aberration when earthquakes occur. They just need to "expand it" in a sense. Completely rework singleplayer so it functions, stabilizes and runs just like a server would. A quarter of the options in singleplayer when toggled on does not work or will turn themselves off upon loading in the game. Make ALL the singleplayer options work. When uploading characters in singleplayer, Allow players to successfully transfer to other maps with their whole inventory just like a server would instead of needing to manually add each item to the Ark Data tab. Make non-tethering private multiplayer hosting, similar to Valheim or 7 Days To Die. When planting crops, Berry Crops should have colored visuals on the berries.. For example: Tintoberry crops should be colored red and Narcoberry Crops should be colored black Set "NPCLerp to Max Random Base level" to 0.5 on ALL maps so it matches Ragnarok level range of wild dinosaurs. Increase the Drag Body hitbox range by triple its original value. Add a toggle option for Griffins to enable or disable auto landing when ridden. When any dinosaur runs out of stamina, Make Toggle Sprint automatically turn off instead of players needing to manually hit the Toggle Sprint key to turn it off. Creators of the Ark Maps (both Story and Custom) have forgotten to add the scuba goggles function. Make Scuba Goggles function on all maps. Additionally, fix the Gas Mask "See All" bug while under water. When in singleplayer, any flying creature that hasn't landed will suspend themselves in the air. If you log out, and log back in. The creature gets forced to move upwards upon log in. Creatures such as Phoenix and Astrodelphis will constantly do this since they cannot land. Allow Phoenix and Astrodelphis to land. Additionally, fix Astrodelphis from lunging forwards every time a player goes out and in render distance of Tamed Astrodelphis. When making premade recipes such as Enduro Stew, Medical Brew, Broth of Enlightment etc, Give exp values per craft. If you adjust "Player Damage" in singleplayer or in server settings, it will scale with durability melee weapons. For example: If I set my player damage to 2.0, Melee weapons lose durability at double the normal rate. Fix the durability loss when adjusting Player Damage. Add a toggle option for disabling auto snapping with structures. Whenever a player fills any kind of item that holds water in a area that's 32°F (0°C) or below, The Water should be iced like Canteens and Water Jars in Refrigerators. Allow players to play on Ragnarok without requiring The Center on PC. When players are sleeping on beds, give them a rested buff. I don't know what benefits one should get from resting. A few ideas are: Slightly less stamina drain. Slightly increased exp gain. Take slightly less damage. (Those are just examples). Only choose one benefit unless more than one would be a better option. Scale the benefit amount depending on the bed you sleep on. Example: Beds would give a slight increase in benefits. Bunk Beds would give a decent increase in benefits. Tek Sleeping Pod should remain unchanged. (Note: This is a personal opinion) Make Beelzebufo gain cementing paste when harvesting Mantis, Araneo, Arthropleuras and Scorpion corpses as they are insects. Optionally increase the damage done when Beelzebufo attacks said insects. Add an auto run key that allows auto piloting on all dinosaurs similar to how a Tropeognathus Jet auto pilots when the Jet is enabled. (Note this is a personal opinion) Water tames should not instantly die when they are out of the water. Instead, water tames should have an oxygen meter where it will drain over time when water tames are out of the water similar to players suffocating in water. This will stop Ichthyosaurus from beaching themselves above the ocean. Additionally, Stop water tames from swimming away at very fast speeds after combat. Re-write Mei Yin-Li's story about bringing a Giganotosaurus to the Megapithicus fight since players are not allowed to bring The Demon King to boss fights. Additionally, re-work dinosaur dossiers to accurately describe their abilities. (Note: This is a personal opinion) When swinging melee weapons against player built structures or map pre built structures, make the weapons "Recoil" against said structures. For example: I have a sword, I whack the sword at a player built structure, it should "bounce back" when hitting the structure. (Note: This is a personal opinion) There is an exploit with the toilet where if a player defecates into the toilet pressing the force defecate button and then flushing the toilet, it'll allow the player to continue defecating until the auto defecate kicks in. Fix the toilet exploit. Wild Carnivores will gain a lot of health by consuming corpses. Wild Herbivores cannot heal without the help of a snow owl. Make Wild Herbivores heal by having players throw sweet vegetable cake, honey, or Tintoberries on the ground in a similar manner as honey. (Tintoberries have natural healing properties according to lore) Veggie Cake heals all health, Honey heals half health, Tintoberries heal 10% of health per stack of Tintoberries. This should serve only as a way to heal wild herbivores, this is not meant to gain taming affinity. (Note: This is a personal opinion) Dinosaurs that specialize in harvesting rocks, crystal, obsidian, metal and trees should have area of effect harvesting similar to herbivores gathering multiple plants at once. If too unbalanced for official servers, add a toggle option for Singleplayer and Unofficial Servers to enable this. (Note: This is a personal opinion) Dinosaurs spawn or wander into the terrain of maps and can't be killed, tamed, or seen. Stop dinos from clipping into the terrain. Make the Tek Rifle shoot instantaneously rather than a slow moving projectile. Tek Railgun, Tek Pistol and the Tek Bow all fire instantly. Adjust the Tek Rifle's DPS accordingly if you must. Additionally, allow the Tek Pistol to fire underwater. If the damage is deemed too overpowered for the water, allow only the Heal and Stun modes in the Tek Pistol to be used in the water. (Note: This is a personal opinion) When a species dies among their kin. They should run away or become aggressive depending on the creature's temperament instead of the species acting as if nothing happened. For example: I one shot a Pteranodon in the head with a sniper. It instantly dies. The very close by Pteranodons that normally would be running away are instead walking on the floor as if nothing happened. Allow players to passive tame herbivores with crops such as Rockarrot, Savoroot, Citronal and Longgrass. When on a Obelisk Platform when players are getting ready to do a boss fight, Let players know the drag weight of creatures, OR let players know what tames are allowed into the boss fight at the obelisk terminal. (Note: this is a personal opinion) In singleplayer on random occasions, when uploading a character with the intention of traveling to other maps. The game will crash. This occurs on Playstation, Xbox and PC. Fix the singleplayer upload character crash. There are complete barren areas on maps where there are no resources and there are no dinosaurs. Fill in empty spaces on maps that have large unused space (Note: This is a personal opinion) Rework current tips and make additional tips during the loading screens with useful and helpful information about the game and its mechanics. Examples: "Pteranodons are usually the first flyer you can ride when you tame one. Taking to the skies is important to survive on the Ark." "Making dinosaur traps can sometimes work but may also need to be adjusted accordingly. Get creative when building dinosaur traps!" "If you play on PvP servers, you may lose everything you worked for. Consider this when playing on PvP." "Official PvE servers do not allow ridden flyers and ridden Karkinos to pick up wild dinosaurs. But you can still pick up your own tames." "If you are ready to start raising baby dinosaurs, make sure you have a lot of food prepared to keep them fed for a long time." (These were just examples). Additionally, make multiple tips show up during load times. Have tips fade out and fade in with a random tip per fade out. When loading into a server or singleplayer with mods, allow tips to be read during the mod loading phase. Add more flexibility when building on rafts so builders can turn rafts or motorboats into actual looking boats or pirate ships. (Note: this is a personal opinion) Re-model the Motorboat. Currently the motorboat visually looks like a metal raft. Add an option to search resources in the Player Engrams inventory to see what engrams require what resources. For example: I'm curious as to what black pearls are needed for. So I would search in a different search tab "Black Pearl" in the engrams list and all engrams relating to requiring black pearls will show up, similar to searching for a specific named engram. (Note: This is not a personal opinion) Return Rockwell's (Aberration) original roar when he first rises from the molten element. The reused roar from Gen2's fight doesn't match nor sounds like it belongs in the Rockwell aberration fight. (Note: This is a personal opinion) When crafting, All resources should be used at once when crafting more than one item at a time, instead of resources being used once per craft. For example: I want to make 37 thatch foundations. Instead of resources being consumed one at a time per foundation. All resources are consumed and it makes the foundations over time. Instead of plainly decreasing players hypothermal insulation when it rains, add a "wet" debuff to players whenever they interact with large bodies of water or when it rains that will decrease hypothermal insulation. When near open flames, the the effects of being wet are reduced until the wet timer is gone. Add an option that can be turned on or off on Flyers that will set weather or not they will automatically land on the floor or stay suspended in the air. Make all trophies (such as Tuso Tentacles, Sauropod Vertebras, Titanoboa Venom etc) displayable on the Trophy-Wall Mount structure. When a player rides a dinosaur and they are crafting within the player inventory or is crafting at crafting stations such as Chem Benches and Smithies. Exp should be split between the Tame and the Player only when ridden. For example: I am making 10 spears. 1 spear equals (example sake) 6 exp per craft. Exp should be split to 3 between the ridden tame and the player. Additionally, add an option to disable exp sharing when riding dinosaurs under the Options section of the radial wheel. (Note: This is a personal opinion) In third person, the hit detection when humans are swinging melee weapons is very slightly larger than in first person. Make Human melee hit detection match First and Third person. Additionally, add proper animations in third person on humans whenever they reload ranged weapons. As human hair grows, it should very slightly increase hypothermal insulation as it grows. (Note this is a personal opinion) When leveling up dinosaurs, add an option to put more levels into a single stat with a single click. Example: My rex has been sitting in a cryopod for a month. I get the rex out and the rex has got 40 levels ready to be put in. I want all 40 points to go into melee damage. Instead of clicking 40 times to put in the points, I can right click and hit "Add set amount of points" and type in 40. This will save a lot of time leveling up dinos through various methods. When it comes to mods, when more than one mod updates at a time the display of installing mods on the lower right corner of the Ark's main menu screen only shows one mod installing even though its installing 3-5. Make it easier for players to determine what mods updated without needing ark server manager. (Note: This is a personal opinion) Often times when fighting most carnivores or herbivores that fight back on foot, The players always gets stuck on the creature and is somewhat locked in place in a sense. Figure out how to get players to get less stuck on wild creatures. Re-work getting stunned. Any time a wild creature performs any kind of stun (Including bosses) there should be a stun cooldown according to the situation. Baryonyx can infinitely stun in the water. Corrupted Master Controller can stun lock you in place. Cnidaria locks most creatures in place when stunning tames. Get rid of stun locking entirely, OR When repeating stuns occur, have them be diminishing returns. Meaning that each time a stun happens in rapid succession, less stun time per stun eventually building up immunity for a short time. When dropping resource items such as crystal, obsidian, metal, flint, wood, stone, and dinosaur saddles, have the visual of the dropped item be the physical item instead of a box cloth with optional exceptions such as Armor and Weapons. In Aberration, common resources already have physical visuals when dropped on the floor. Dinosaur saddles are already visualized on Dinosaurs, might as well add them on the floor as a dropped item when you drop saddles. (Scale down saddles when dropped as to prevent players from dropping giant saddles on peoples bases. Plus scaling down saddles will help find the pick up hitbox) (Note: This is a personal opinion) Re-adjust the head shot multiplier hitboxes on certain dinosaurs that have head shot multipliers to be more accurate. You have to shoot the chin of a Daeodon for the head shot multiplier to register and not the actual head. Additionally, add more headshot multipliers to more creatures that are small or medium sized. Rework the Tek ATV and the Tek Railgun. If you decide to remove a Tek Engram due to issues, You need to make a replacement tek item. Instead of a Tek Railgun, how about a Tek Shotgun? instead of A Tek ATV. How about a Tek Submarine? When supply beacons disappear due to the timer of said drops running out. Any gear that was inside should drop on the floor as if a player had dropped it instead of instantly destroying the gear. The decompose timer for dropped supply beacon items should be 30 seconds instead of the standard 2 minutes of normal dropped items. The point of this is to stop players from being disappointed when they JUST reach a drop and it disappears. Additionally, add useful items to all supply beacons instead of a single blueprint of crop plots, water jars etc. Replace them with basic resources such as wood, thatch, and stone (examples). So you at least get something out of any drop instead of nothing. When players are riding a dinosaur and if the player has a shield equipped, they should be allowed to activate the shield when the dinosaur is stationary (Note: This is a personal opinion) Give Sea Creatures level up animations, Additionally. Take the idea from Krakens Better Dinos and let players pet their dinosaurs and they'll react as if they leveled up. (Note: This is a personal opinion) When a Player tames a dinosaur. They should gain exp equal to the kill value of said dinosaur. Example: If a Level 150 Lystrosaurus dies. You get 20 exp. If you tame a level 150 Lystrosaurus. You should get 20 exp. If multiple people are near a creature that went from Wild to Tamed, Those people should gain exp split among the original value of the dinosaur. Example: A Level 150 Lystrosaurus gives you 100 exp when you tame it. 4 people were there at the time of tame. The exp is then split to 25 exp each OR they get the set value individually. Imprinting babies should NOT give any exp due to possible exploits. I feel like this would encourage people to work together more. Upgrade the base stats of Riot Gear OR reduce the material cost OR Reduce the level requirement to make Riot Gear. Currently you can't unlock Riot Gear until your 7 levels away from the initial max level, requires very hard to get materials efficiently, and has only 15 extra armor, the same durability as Flak, and only has slightly reduced physical torpor. Extreme few people use riot gear for battle due to how little the margin is between Riot and Flak unless the quality is Journeyman or higher. PvE Riot Gear is considered a luxury. But you can repair Ascendant flak and not have it dent your resources unlike Journeyman Riot. (Note this is a personal opinion) When dinosaurs are set to wander within Dino Leash range, the Dinosaurs will get stuck at the ends of the leash. Figure out how to get them to get unstuck at the ends of the leash. An idea on how to fix this would be to let them wander outside of the leash but make sure they know to go back to the leash. Increase the base speed of insanely slow dinosaurs such as: Brontosaurus, Quetzal, Stegosaurus, and possibly a few others I can't think of at the time of writing this. (Note: This is a personal opinion) Add overall improvements to ADS (Aim-Down Sight). It is confirmed that ranged weapons are more inaccurate when aiming than it is firing from the hip. To test it for yourself, Go into a Rockwell (Aberration) Fight. Turn on god mode. Test out the pump action shotgun. Stand in one spot. Aim for a tentacle on the left or right side of Rockwell (NOT in front or behind Rockwell) and test fire aiming and hip firing and you'll know what I mean. Additionally, make overall improvements to accuracy when using ranged weapons in third person and make bullet detection much more accurate as well. Wild dinosaurs will randomly deal increased and decreased damage when using melee attacks on the same target. Likely the saddle is trying to protect the tame but it doesn't always work. This could be because it depends on where the dinosaur hits your tame but unconfirmed. Make the armor values that dinosaurs receive from saddles a solid damage reduction instead of it randomly being reduced. When it rains, add a wet texture on player built structures, prebuilt structures, dinosaurs, players, player's clothes, dinosaur saddles, player weapons, supply drops and the terrain itself including resources such as rocks, crystal and trees unless in snowy areas. Whenever players or dinosaurs are submerged in water, add the wet texture to said player or dinosaur. Add light rain and heavy rain visuals. Add an extra inch or two of snow on the ground in snow areas when it snows similar to the wet textures in non-snowy areas. Have the snow flakes visually land on tames during snow storms. Additionally, rework the rain visuals and make the rain visible when in shelter so players can see that its raining when they look outside of windows. Add splashing animations from the rain drops on the ground on non-snowy terrain. Add actual lightning bolts similar to The Center when rain storms and electrical storms occur. Upgrade the sound quality of the thunder. Add sound effects of rain hitting player structures. Optionally, make a different sound depending on the structure. For example: Have metallic rain sounds when rain hits metal roofing. Have natural rain sounds when hitting wood or stone roofing. (Such as stone or wood, metal ceilings and sloped roofs). Dinosaurs that gain the "Hydrated" buff when moving or standing in water, should gain the Hydration Buff when it rains. Reduce Wild Giganotosaurus, Wild Carchardontosaurus and Wild Rock Elementals stats until they match their tamed base stat values. You've done a fantastic job with the environmental details in Genesis Part 1. Add similar or new environmental details on all other maps. When in first person, if a player is wearing at least a Hide Shirt and Hide Gloves to Riot Gear. Make the visual of wearing said armors on the character's forearms and shoulders, instead of it being bare skin. For Example: Swing your fists at the air and you'll see the forearm of the character is bare skin and not the Hide, Chitin, Flak or Riot Chestpieces (Note: This is a personal opinion) Figure out how to prevent players from overloading servers with pillars everywhere to prevent "Neighbors" from building in player areas. Something like a land claim structure. Its up to you to determine how to prevent possible exploits. This one will take the most thought and time to consider. (Note: This is a personal opinion) Have a storage system with visual labels on the storage boxes themselves. Additionally, tweak storage management. (Note: This is a personal opinion) Rework player carry weight system. Putting in 30 points into weight, just to have only 26 of those points be actively useful is very irritating (Note: This is a personal opinion) Bleed effects stop ticking damage after the creature that caused the bleeding had its corpse consumed even though the timer is still present. Make bleeding persist after the creature's corpse is consumed. Add a accurate timer when enflamed. For example: The timer of a creature or player being set on fire by a Fire Wyvern is 10 seconds. But the ticking damage persists after the timer is gone. Make the enflamed debuff timer accurate to its tick damage. Figure out how to make death convenient but punishing. The only punishment is finding your stuff, which is barely a punishment if you put a sleeping bag right where you knew where you would die. Maybe exp loss, or "Resurrection Sickness" that reduces base stats for a bit. Keep the beams of light. (Note: This one is a personal opinion) Make flyers walk backwards when landed. When releasing balance changes, Consider both PvP and PvE players instead of considering only one side. Make dinosaurs take full projectile damage from players such as bows and guns, instead of the 30% damage reduction from bows and guns in PvE. Whenever you make a change to a dinosaur, weather you buff it, or nerf it. Change its overall taming worth accordingly. For example: The Managarmr takes (for example sake) 20 minutes to tame by default. You nerf a lot of its abilities. Now the Managarmr should take 10 minutes by default instead. Figure out how to make the PvP exclusive dinosaurs and PvP exclusive items usable in PvE. Examples: Buff the Voidwyrms electric breath damage over time in PvE. Instead of completely nerfing the Tek Railgun to the point where its less effective in all aspects than a Primitive Fabricated Sniper Rifle, remove it for PvP. Keep its original abilities for PvE. Make actual cloud saves. Ark says there are cloud saves. But this is actually not true. Either make actual cloud saves or don't have the cloud save symbol on steam at all IF you do not actually have cloud saves. At the end of everything, I can't tell you how to successfully add these suggestions because I have an extreme tiny amount of coding knowledge, but based what gaming has evolved into, quite anything is possible. These suggestions are meant to give Wildcard ideas to build on or things to consider. Not every idea is a winner but many ideas listed here aren't often considered. This list is intended to widen Wildcard's horizons to see what they can turn the game into, both visually and gameplay wise.

Suggestion 1: When a player ridden dino with bleed or Damage Over Time (similar to that of Fire Wyvern fire DoT), kills a dino with the DoT effect you get credit for the kill so you or the dino that you're riding on gets exp. (Currently Megalodon and Carnotaurus as far as I'm aware, does not get kill credit when the DoT bleed kills the creature) Suggestion 2: When the player has reached any max level interval and theres no more levels to gain until they ascend, level up a chibi, etc. When killing dinos on a ridden dinosaur. The dinosaur gets the full exp instead of half of the unused exp going to the player.
  9. I've got 4 ideas here that I feel like are very minimal time consuming changes to make for the re-master of Ark. Idea #1: Re-work the tips on the loading screens. Half of the tips if not more in current Ark is absolutely unhelpful and uninteresting information. I think tips such as "You can make parachutes at a early level. They can prevent you from taking fall damage when activated midair." "Cooked Lambchop can refill the most food and the most healing when your food is low." "Any kind of Cooked Meat can restore health but if your food gets full during the healing. The healing will stop." just helpful and actual things like that. I reckon it'd be nice if the tips actually told you some useful information on how to play the game. Idea #2: Make it so when crafting from the Player Inventory say 100 stone arrows, all of the materials gets used up at once instead of the materials being used per craft. This way many people can just craft whatever the player inventory will allow and put away any excess items and can go about the tasks they would like to do without having the materials taking up weight and waiting for the crafting to finish. (If this is something that can be easily exploitive for PvP. Make it a PvE only feature if you have to) Idea #3: Allow players to use consumables and have natural healing active when either swimming or falling. Additionally, also allow players to use shields when under water. Idea #4: Have the Rockwell Recipes such as Calien Soup and Enduro Stew restore water and food, if not water. Food. Just make it so they restore something. Doesn't matter if its just 5 food. Have it restore food. Makes no sense to not have it restore at least food. Ark Ascended is supposed to be a re-master. I understand that Idea number 2, 3 and 4 are intentional design choices due to exploits and what not. But you can absolutely re-work these design choices and make them less irritating but still keeping the main point of their intended purposes. And since the entire game wasn't very well thought out when it was first being developed, I'd think its a good idea to start thinking about the little details I've listed here. Of course you don't have to follow the ideas to the letter, but think about the potential re-works that can make the game a lot more fun but still keeping it a challenge.
  10. Very incredible to see Wildcard. You've been listening to the community a lot more than usual these past 2 years. Very proud of all of you. I greatly look forward to what is to come in Ark Ascended. Take all the time you need. If ASA must be delayed I know it would be for the greater good. I know you guys have it in you. I couldn't be happier to hear that the servers are going to die. The game has been screaming kill me for years now. It needs to lay to rest.

  13. Theres so many PVE deaths on xbox because the game you made runs really bad on a One X... Theres less pvp deaths because people are smart and know when to switch to PVE. Im not salty or being a troll the game really doesnt run that great on a one x. I really really wish you could adjust the graphics settings as low as possible like you can on PC so it runs better

  15. I know you do man but we gotta be honest here. They are really bad at programming. These aren't complains im just telling you that it is extremely likely that Gen2 will be the very last DLC map they make. They break alot of stuff and they take a good long while to fix them. Every time they release a map it always has alot of game breaking issues. They have to end their and our own torment. So its gotta be done. I dont wanna see them go too but once Gen2 comes out.   16. I bought the Season Pass the moment Gen 1 came out. (Didnt get my cosmetics but oh well) So rockwell wants another go? That son of a bitch gave me a real run for my money on Aberration on Alpha. And again in Gen1. Now he plants to break my determination again? This game has beaten me senseless time and time again. It has broken my spirit a few times but i still completed every main story map without the help of outsider dinos (but outsider items). I finally beat this game and rockwell wants to claw the nail right out? Thats fine. Cause i'll hammer it in twice as hard!
  17. No they cant. They dont have 80k health anymore so they really should reduce their breeding times in compensation.
  18. No they really should reduce the breeding for gigas. They had the nerf its 80K health 16-18k when tamed they should reduce its breeding as compensation. What pisses me off is they nerf the creatures powers and abilities but they wont nerf their overall taming worth. So if they nerf say a Mangarmr. In compensation for those nerfs they should tame faster

  21. My ass their investigating it. They hardly test anything before release they expect us to believe them when they say their investigating? What so another 36 hours to figure this out just to give it another 21.52GB update again only to have it still crash every 5-30 mins? I timed it. It crashes at the absolute max in 30 mins. So pathetic for a game company to assume updating the game means their fixing it. Its 3 in the morning you really think their investigating it?
  22. You absolute wretched retards. You made everyone update their xbox client after wasting 24 hours of everyone's time and taking 36 hours to update it with the "fix" so it stops crashing. Guess what? Not only did you waste more of other peoples time three times in the last 48 hours but the games on xbox is STILL crashing. Still getting kicked off and the aberration dinos are still transparent! Your dumbass game clearly cant handle your Summer Bash event. So extend the 5th birthday event instead. After all you just made 2020 a worse year for alot of people cause you as a gaming company charging triple A prices have not done a single correct thing in the last two years. So i reckon this will be your last year of ARK. I cant wait to watch you guys shoot yourselves in the foot again and watch you crumble along with your already falling apart game! Oh and good luck hiring anyone to fix your fallen Jenga tower of a game. No person with 5 years of experience would be dumb enough to deal with the unbridled stress you would put on those poor desperate souls.
  23. Well well i believe thats the first time i've seen this company make progress on improvements. You actually figured out how to lessen the lag spikes on (especially PVE) servers? Even noted what mighta been the cause. Ashame this new event is causing server disconnects to an extreme degree right now so of course theres the usual downside. Wouldn't be Wildcard without breaking something. So hopefully you tighten the servers up soon so people can stay logged in.
  24. My apologies. I had thought the new dino was not around. But i've seen it. But my statement still stands. PVE servers rubber band all the time people pillar off space their not even using (i understand to ward off neighbors but theres alot of people who have placed pillars around actual space thats not being used) people building uncessarily huge bases in random spots overloading the server thats not helping the server. The game still stands as a terrible work around for issues like this
