This statement is nothing more than a sad attempt at PR to save face. The worst part being that you couldn't even apologize for what you call grey area. When it pretty clear you folks screwed up. H.O.D. Gaming's group contacted you, you failed to respond in what would be considered a timely manner in ANY professional industry. Additionally it's a widely known development failure, as that's what any glitch or exploit is. That has been ignored for years at this point. Perhaps take the money you have made from the game and invest it in maintenance and troubleshooting instead of pushing DLCs and generally ignoring community. Perhaps a good first step is officially and publicly apologizing to H.O.D. Gaming for making him the target of your childish behavior. And issuing an immediate patch to fix the issues the community has made you more than aware of for years.
