PS4 - The Island. I managed to build the platform on one big tree. I also put 4 taps on it. Now I got sap. I got some honey from the wild. Got bitten and chased by bees. They sting hard. Made some cakes. Swamp areas are dangerous like hell. Things go wrong really fast. There are 2 types of crocodiles there that are extremely dangerous and big snakes and leeches. A lot of aerial reconnaissance required before landing. Had to renovate base as 2 fridges were sticking out of the wall which look weird.

I've been flying around collecting metal. Swimming around looking for trilos. Killed 2 dolphins for meat. Hunted a crocodile and killed it. Hunted 3 trikes and killed them. Hunted an Alpha Raptor and killed her while she was greedily eating from the turtle she hunted. The Alpha Raptor had a lot of Prime meat but most spoiled before I could cook them in the base. Hunted and killed 3 Dilos. Hunted and killed 5 Raptors. Refined metal in forge. Cooked raw meat and raw fish. Made cooked meat and cooked prime meat into jerky. Picked up turd to make fertiliser. Collect fruits for storage. Fertilise plots. Collect eggs to eat and put into storage. Thinking of what to tame next. I think I need to cook more kibbles of the simple and regular varieties. I only have 2 simple and 5 regular. Still have not gotten to building the platform yet on those big trees. I will one day. Built quite a few fridges in my base. Hunted and killed a few penguins. Had to quickly go back to base because the organic polymer rots real fast. Just flying around and looking about a lot.

Ark is a dangerous place for a hunter. The dinosaurs are very different one from another. You gotta know the specifics of the dinosaurs you are hunting otherwise you become the hunted very quickly. Small dinosaurs can be extremely dangerous when they are together with some other dinosaur. If you see a Dilo and Raptor together, very dangerous to hunt. In places where there is a lot of forest cover, it is really dangerous for a hunter. You see one dino, you shoot it, next thing you know you are being hunted by Raptors and Dilos. Those big snakes, they creep up on you so easily. Before you know it, you are dead. Jelly fish look so surreal, before you know it, you're dead. They sneak up on you. There's something in the big tree forest on the Island that can ambush you while you are on a fast flying bird flying too low. Raptors are really good at ambushing you. They are so fast. It's an amazing feeling when you shoot one in the head as it is coming to eat you alive. This game is very complex with many things to discover about the environment and the dinosaurs. It's such a dangerous game with so many ways to die.

My dolphin got stuck on the beach. I punched it. I parasaured it. I triked it. Eventually I just sat on it and willed it to get unstuck and it got unstuck. I was just about to put it out of its misery. Flew around on my fast flying bird and saw some small strange wooden structure on the river system. Got some cement paste and wood from it after investigating it. Some creatures that look like giant beavers tried to kill me after that but I was too quick for them. I got on my fast flying bird and flew off. I'm wondering if they will rebuild. They are in such a dangerous place with so many predators. I can only cross my fingers. I'm after their cement paste. They are very useful. I'm planning to save the cement paste to build a platform on those big trees to get sap to make delicious cakes and superior kibble. Apparently those cakes are required to tame certain species in the Ark. So I better have some for future taming purposes. I only have the first 3 tier kibbles. I have eggs for the 4th but no sap. I have no dinosaurs or eggs for the 5th and 6th tier kibbles. I wonder if I am good enough to be able to tame any dinosaurs in those tiers. Have to go far from my base to get them as well. I feel contend just surviving day by day.
