I wish i could enjoy playing ark like i have been since august 10 2015 but 10 days ago the game decided to give me an autonatic global ban as i was taming a tek stego on the 1st day of christmad break. Been banned since and cannot log into the game at all now. Thanks wildcard for not answering my tickets ive sent in about the issue. I wish you'd stop taking our money and actually sort out your mistakes. Paid 33 dollars for a game i cant even play because of your crappy ban system. Ive been playong guild wars for years and ive never had a single problem like ive had with your game. Glitches bugs hackers bans and its on me not to fall into a glitched part of the map of i get banned for it? Your rules are stupid and make no sense. Time to start letting your customers play the game they paid for and not blocking them for no apparent reason since you cant add the reason for the ban at the time of the ban or by answering my tickets. I hope your whole company burns to the geound and you all get buttraptored by satan for doing what your doing to your customers and stealing their money.
