    Yeah I did that too and still nothing. I even reinstalled ark amd still nothing. I dont think that my event is active, but I have no idea on how I go about fixing that.

    Hi so I have Ark downloaded onto my PS4 and I just installed the Winter Wonderland update, but nothing is happening. I didn't get any of the content that was offered by the update. What should I do?
