  1. Nintendo didn't care about my physical copy after the credit. Just call Nintendo and politely explain all of the bugs and lack of uodates/response from Wildcard. Nintendo will say they aren't responsible but they aporoved it to be sold for their system. Be persistent and definitely be polite. They'll tell you it is a one time credit but that isn't true either, I also got a credit on my physical purchase of PixArk.
  2. I got a credit from nintendo to refund my physical purchase from gamestop. Be polite and be persistent, nintendo knows this is a bad game and will help you out.
  3. Be polite but list all the bugs and complete lack of response from developers. They will say it's not their fault but they approve all games allowed for sale so Nintendo is partly to blame here. They will say it isn't policy/typical to give a refund but say that this isn't a typical problem and that it requires a special solution. Be persistent and be polite! If the rep can't/won't help, ask to speak with a supervisor. I also got a credit for PixArk by doing this. They tried to tell me I could only get a one time credit(only one game reunded ever) but I said that's not reasonable because this was a seperate occurrence with a different product. They finally agreed. I also mentioned Nintendo is fine with selling known broken games like WWE 2018, I politely shamed them for taking advantage of parents/kids when they know that it is bugged beyond belief. That seemed to help. They also said Nintendo wasn't responsible for the content on the e-shop but that isn't accurate. I told them a few weeks ago they pulled a game when the developer tweeted about a ruby script editor hidden in the game. Nintendo pulled it from the e-shop the next day proving they do indeed take responsibility for content there. Good luck and be polite!
  4. Call Nintendo, I got them to credit me gold coins even though it was a physical purchase from Gamestop. Be polite but stress that Nintendo allows it for sale, so they share some blame.
  5. I got Nintendo to issue me an e-shop credit even though it was a physical purchase through gamestop. Be polite and be persistent. Mention all the bugs and complete lack of support. I also got Nintendo to issue a similar refund for PixArk.
  6. It seemed like Chris implied it's as good as it will get. No idea about updates(either fixes or DLC) other than GM Argosy saying they weren't aware of any coming.
  7. GM Argosy replied to my ticket(middle of December)and stated that they didn't know of anything planned. In a reddit post maybe a week later, one of the Chris's replied that the Switch was at it's operational limits with the current version of Ark. So apparently this is just a proof of concept for $50.
